What Does This Scorpio New Moon Hold for Your Zodiac?
An energetic breakdown with insights, and healing tailored to your specific sign.

Scorpio New Moon –2:02am (EDT), November 9th, 2026 @ 16°53′ degrees
The Scorpio New Moon
The Scorpio New Moon offers a profound rebirth after months of deep psychological exploration through both Mercury retrograde and Venus retrograde, that are still ongoing. New Moons always represent a beginning, but Scorpio never begins something superficially. Scorpio transforms. It strips away what is no longer authentic, what no longer has life force, and what no longer aligns with who we are becoming.
This is a New Moon of shedding skin.
There are two rulers of this lunation: Mars in Leo and Pluto in Aquarius.
Mars in Leo is conjunct Jupiter and the South Node, creating a powerful story around releasing outdated identities, beliefs, and ego wounds. Mars recently entered its pre-retrograde shadow, meaning it has begun a long process of revisiting the same territory over the next several months. Mars is preparing for a major review of what fuels us, what drains us, what inspires us, and what no longer deserves our energy. The South Node suggests release, while Jupiter suggests growth, through the process of letting go. Together, they tell a story of letting go of who we once thought we needed to be, in order to become who we actually are.
This Scorpio New Moon echoes that deeper process.
The Sun and Mars: A Private Conversation About Identity
The Sun in Scorpio and Mars in Leo are in mutual reception, meaning the Sun is in Mars’ sign and Mars is in the Sun’s sign. They are having a private conversation with one another about identity, courage, vitality, confidence, and rebirth.
- The Sun represents our identity, our life force, and our conscious self.
- Mars represents our energy, willpower, drive, and courage.
Together, they are helping us release old ego stories, old wounds, and old versions of ourselves that are no longer capable of carrying us into the future.
The Moon, our emotional body, is part of this process as well. Emotionally, we are releasing an old way of being. We are shedding emotional attachments to identities that once helped us survive, but now only keep us small or stuck.
This New Moon is transforming our emotional world (Moon), our identity (Sun), our energy and desires (Mars), our thinking and communication patterns (Mercury retrograde), and our relationship patterns, self-worth, and values (Venus retrograde), even our beliefs around how we grow (Jupiter in Leo) is being transformed by the South Node.
Jupiter and the South Node: The Fated Release
This lunation is also challenging us to examine how we allow growth, abundance, support, and connection into our lives. With Jupiter and the South Node involved, there is a fated quality of release. Something must be left behind so that something new can grow.
The Sun, as ruler of the South Node in Leo, emphasizes that this process involves releasing an old identity.
As these old beliefs about ourselves dissolve, something new begins to emerge: a more confident, courageous, and authentic expression of who we are. By the time we reach the two Scorpio Full Moons in April and May 2027, at the beginning (0°) and ending (29°) degrees of Scorpio, we may barely recognize who we once were. The transformation process that begins now will reveal itself over the next six to seven months.
Pluto in Aquarius: The Deep Transformation
Pluto in Aquarius, the co-ruler of this New Moon, is playing a major role in this story.
Pluto continues its ongoing T-square with Venus retrograde and Chiron retrograde, bringing transformation to wounds around our self-worth, how we feel a belonging, our relationship wounds, what we value, how we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, how we allow intimacy and connection into our lives, how we identify with our sense of being, and our individuation. This has been a longer healing story unfolding in the background, in three parts:
- The first chapter occurred in September while Pluto was retrograde.
- The second chapter unfolded throughout October while Venus turned retrograde.
- The final chapter will arrive at the end of November and beginning of December when both Venus and Pluto are direct.
At the same time, Chiron retrograde is completing its final journey through Aries before permanently entering Taurus in 2027. This means identity wounds, courage wounds, and wounds around taking up space, are being radically transformed. Chiron is being reshaped by Mars, Venus retrograde, and Pluto as these planets expose what still needs healing.
This Scorpio New Moon is not a single moment. It is the beginning of a much deeper story that will continue unfolding over the next several months.
The Dark Moon: Transformation Beneath the Surface
Like all New Moons, much of this process happens in the dark. The changes are often internal before they become visible externally. We may not yet know what we are actually transforming or how we are changing. We may only know that parts of us are fading away.
This is the chrysalis phase. The caterpillar dissolving before becoming the butterfly. The phoenix rising from the ashes.
What This New Moon Feels Like
This New Moon may feel deeply internal, emotional, and transformative. There can be a sense that something is ending even before something new has fully appeared. You may feel more aware of old attachments, identity patterns, relational wounds, or beliefs about yourself that no longer fit.
You may feel:
- A sense of ending — something is fading away, even if you cannot name it
- Awareness of old patterns — seeing clearly what no longer fits
- Grief and hope simultaneously — releasing what was, welcoming what will be
- Deeply internal — pulled inward, reflective, processing
- A quiet knowing — parts of you are transforming beneath the surface
There is both grief and hope present. A feeling of release and renewal happening simultaneously.
Positive Expressions of This Energy
When we work consciously with this Scorpio New Moon, the gifts are:
- Profound healing — old wounds finally being released
- Emotional rebirth — emerging from the depths renewed
- Psychological awareness — seeing clearly what has been hidden or stuck
- Authentic self-discovery — finding who you truly are beneath the masks
- Courage and confidence — the Sun-Mars mutual reception strengthens your resolve
- Growth beyond old limitations — Jupiter helps you expand
- Insight into relational patterns — Venus and Mercury retrograde provide clarity
- Transformation of what has been hidden — Pluto brings the shadow to light
- Healing at the root — Chiron helps you heal the deepest wounds
This is an incredibly powerful time for shadow work, therapy, journaling, emotional processing, and intentional new beginnings.
Shadow Expressions to Watch For
If we are not conscious, this energy can manifest as:
- Fear of change — clinging to what is familiar, even if it no longer fits
- Clinging to old identities — believing that who you have been is who you must continue to be
- Emotional intensity — feelings that feel too big to hold
- Control issues — trying to manage outcomes instead of trusting the process
- Defensiveness — protecting yourself instead of opening up
- Self-sabotage — getting in your own way
- Resistance to letting go — holding on tightly even when something has reached its expiration date
Scorpio can make us want to hold on tightly even when something has reached its expiration date. The South Node can tempt us to retreat into familiar versions of ourselves. Pluto can intensify fears around loss and vulnerability.
The shadow is believing that who you have been is who you must continue to be.
The Invitation
Allow yourself to release what no longer aligns with who you are becoming.
Let old identities fall away. Let old wounds surface so they can heal. Let yourself grieve what is ending. Let yourself honor the growth that is occurring beneath the surface.
This New Moon is not asking you to become someone new overnight.
It is asking you to trust the transformation within.
Like the caterpillar dissolving in the chrysalis before becoming the butterfly, this process requires surrender before renewal. Like the phoenix rising from the ashes, something powerful is being born from the ashes of what we were.
Trust what is leaving. Trust what is emerging. Trust the rebirth.
Healing Mantra
“I rise from the ashes of who I was. I trust the fire that transforms me. I am reborn—not as someone new, but as someone finally free.”

Happy New Moon Blessings!

Mars is in its pre-retrograde shadow, beginning a long review of what fuels and empowers you socially and what no longer deserves your time or energy. The South Node suggests release, while Jupiter suggests growth through that release. You are being asked to let go of who you thought you needed to be in your social groups and lean into what authentically fulfills you and brings you happiness.
Pluto in Aquarius (5th House): Pluto continues its T-square with Venus retrograde and Chiron retrograde, bringing transformation to wounds around your self-expression, identity, creativity, joy, and how you connect and feel like you belong. Power dynamics, hidden fears, and old patterns around your self-expression, are being exposed. What are you ready to release? What are you ready to grow?
The Sun-Mars Mutual Reception: The Sun in Scorpio and Mars in Leo are in mutual reception — the Sun is in Mars’ sign, Mars is in the Sun’s sign. They are having a private conversation about identity, courage, vitality, and rebirth with what you value and things that brings you confidence. You are being helped to release old patterns and old versions of yourself that no longer serve.
Chiron Rx in Aries (7th House): Chiron is completing its final journey through your 7th House, bringing wounds around partnership, equality, and relating to the surface. This is tender — but it is also an invitation to heal at the root.
Healing Focus: Allow yourself to release what no longer aligns with who you are becoming and what you truly value. Trust the transformation unfolding within you, even if the path ahead is not yet fully clear. Let old definitions of self-worth, outdated beliefs about your value, and patterns rooted in external validation fall away. Create space to recognize your inherent worth and build a stronger foundation based on authenticity, self-respect, and what genuinely matters to you.
Journal Prompts:
- What patterns around money, value, or self-worth am I ready to release? What am I being called to cultivate and grow instead?
- Where have I been measuring my worth through what I possess, achieve, or produce rather than how I truly feel about myself?
- What power dynamics are influencing my creativity, self-expression, or ability to experience joy? What is ready to be transformed so a more authentic expression of happiness can emerge?
- What truly matters to me now? How are my values evolving, and what deeper shifts are taking place within my awareness?
- Where am I being asked to redefine success, abundance, or fulfillment according to my own values rather than external expectations?
- What hidden beliefs about worthiness, security, or deservingness are ready to be acknowledged, healed, and reborn?
A Practical Step: This week, take one small action that honors what truly matters to you, not because you’ve earned it, achieved enough, or checked every box, but simply because it nourishes your spirit and brings you happiness. Allow yourself to experience joy as a reflection of your inherent worth, rather than a reward for your productivity. Let this be a reminder that what you value deserves your time, attention, and care.
Scorpio

♏ Scorpio Rising
The Scorpio New Moon activates your 1st House of Self, Identity, Body, and Personal Presentation.
The Scorpio New Moon is happening in your sign — in your very first house of self. This is your personal New Moon, your annual reset point, your moment of profound rebirth and transformation. The spotlight is on you: your identity, your body, your presence, and who you are becoming. But this is not simple energy. Mars in Leo — the ruler of this New Moon and your chart ruler — is in your 10th House of Career, asking you to examine how your public role or image impacts your identity. Pluto in Aquarius — the co-ruler — is in your 4th House of Home and Family, bringing shadow material to the surface around your emotional foundations. Where do you feel a version of yourself is ready to be released, transformed, and reborn? What would change if you fully trusted and embraced the rebirth unfolding deep within your core? Your life has been a journey of continual transformation. Like the snake that sheds its skin, you are not meant to remain the same. Growth asks you to outgrow old identities, beliefs, and ways of being again and again. While constant transformation may feel familiar, it does not make the process any less profound. Each shedding is significant. Each ending makes space for a new beginning. Each version of yourself that falls away creates room for a more authentic expression of who you. Trust that what is leaving has served its purpose, and what is emerging is guiding you closer to your truth.
Mars in Leo (10th House): Mars is conjunct Jupiter and the South Node in your 10th House, creating a powerful story around releasing outdated public roles or images and ego wounds wrapped around feeling recognized or significant. Mars is in its pre-retrograde shadow, beginning a long review of what fuels your goals, ambitions, and what no longer deserves your energy. The South Node suggests release, while Jupiter suggests growth through that release. You are being asked to let go of who you thought you needed to be in order to be recognized, accepted, or valued. In its place, a more authentic version of yourself is emerging. Trust that your greatest magnetism comes not from performing a role, but from unapologetically being who you truly are. That is the beauty of being a Scorpio!
Pluto in Aquarius (4th House): Pluto continues its T-square with Venus retrograde and Chiron retrograde, bringing transformation to wounds around home, family, and emotional foundations. Emotional power dynamics, hidden fears, and old patterns are rising to the surface to be seen, understood, and transformed. Some of these patterns may have roots in your childhood, your family system, or the emotional environment you grew up in. They may be beliefs about safety, belonging, love, trust, vulnerability, or control that were inherited rather than consciously chosen. You are being asked to look honestly at what has been running beneath the surface. Where have old emotional wounds been shaping your reactions? What patterns have you carried because they once helped you survive, but no longer support the life you are trying to create? This is a powerful period of emotional clearing, inviting you to release what no longer resonates with who you are becoming. This is not about judging your past. It is about recognizing that you have outgrown certain ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and the people around you. What once felt necessary may now feel restrictive. What once provided protection may now be preventing deeper intimacy, authenticity, and emotional freedom.
The Sun-Mars Mutual Reception: The Sun in Scorpio and Mars in Leo are in mutual reception — the Sun is in Mars’ sign, Mars is in the Sun’s sign. This is happening in your 1st House and 10th House — your identity and career or public image. They are having a private conversation about who you are and how you show up in the world. You are being helped to release old identities and old versions of yourself that no longer resonate.
Chiron Rx in Aries (6th House): Chiron is completing its final journey through your 6th House, bringing wounds around health, daily routines, and being of service. This is tender — but it is also an invitation to heal at the root.
Healing Focus: Allow yourself to acknowledge what has shaped you without allowing it to define you. Trust the emotional transformation unfolding within. Release the patterns, fears, and inherited stories that no longer align with your truth. Make space for new emotional foundations built on authenticity, self-trust, and emotional freedom.
Journal Prompts:
- What emotional patterns or coping mechanisms am I ready to release?
- What beliefs about safety, love, trust, or belonging did I inherit that no longer feel true for me? What would it look like to create emotional foundations that genuinely support who I am today?
- Where am I holding onto fear, resentment, guilt, or emotional obligations that are no longer mine to carry? Where have I been trying to control outcomes instead of trusting myself and life?
- What power dynamics within myself or my relationships are ready to be transformed?
A Practical Step: This week, spend time reflecting on one emotional pattern that feels ready to change. Trace it back to its origin without judgment. Then ask yourself: Is this belief or response still serving the person I am becoming? Write down what you are ready to release and what you would like to cultivate instead. Let this be an intentional act of transformation and rebirth.

This is a powerful opportunity to transform the stories you’ve been telling yourself. Pluto is asking you to examine where fear, self‑doubt, or old wounds have silenced your voice or kept you from expressing yourself fully. What mindset is ready to be released? What limiting belief is keeping you from stepping into your power? The goal isn’t to criticize yourself for these patterns, but to understand them so they can be transformed.

This is a powerful time for reclaiming your energy, trusting your instincts, and allowing your actions to reflect your evolving identity. What is falling away now is creating space for a more confident, aligned, and empowered version of you to emerge.
Chiron Rx in Aries (5th House): Chiron is completing its final journey through your 5th House, bringing wounds around creativity, joy, and self-expression to the surface. This is tender — but it is also an invitation to heal at the root.
Healing Focus: Allow yourself to release what no longer aligns with who you are becoming. This may include old beliefs about yourself, life philosophies that once brought meaning, or unconscious patterns and behaviors that have quietly shaped your choices from beneath the surface. Trust the transformation. Trust the rebirth unfolding deep within you. Even if you cannot yet see the full picture, something is shifting at the root. Old identities, hidden fears, and familiar patterns are falling away so that something more authentic can emerge. This is a time to let go of what feels outdated, limiting, or disconnected from your truth. Release the need to cling to what once felt safe, and make space for what feels more aligned, more meaningful, and more resonant with the person you are becoming. The healing comes not from resisting the process, but from allowing it. Let the old fall away. Let your inner truth lead the way. Trust that what is being reborn within you is more authentic than what came before.
Journal Prompts:
- What hidden pattern, fear, or self‑sabotaging behavior am I ready to release so I can move forward with greater trust and authenticity?

- What changes am I noticing in the way I think, communicate, and express my truth?
- What inner wisdom is emerging from this period of release and transformation?
- What outdated story about myself is ready to dissolve so a more authentic version of me can emerge?
A Practical Step: This week, carve out intentional time for solitude — no phone, no distractions, no outside input. Create a quiet space where you can simply be with yourself. As thoughts, emotions, memories, or insights arise, resist the urge to analyze or fix them. Instead, listen. Allow your subconscious to speak in its own language. Afterward, write down whatever emerges without judgment or interpretation. Patterns, feelings, dreams, fears, or unexpected realizations may surface. Trust that what comes up is revealing something important about the transformation unfolding within you. The goal isn’t to find answers immediately — it’s to create space for your inner wisdom to be heard.
Capricorn

♑ Capricorn Rising
The Scorpio New Moon activates your 11th House of Friendships, Community, Social Groups, and Humanitarian Causes.
The Scorpio New Moon illuminates your 11th House of Community, bringing a profound rebirth around your friendships, your social circles, and how you participate with others with common interests. This is your moment to shed what no longer serves your sense of belonging. But this is not simple energy. Mars in Leo, the ruler of this New Moon, is moving through your 8th House of Transformation, inviting you to examine how your deeper psychological patterns influence the way you connect, trust, and share yourself with others. Pluto in Aquarius, your co-ruler, is activating your 2nd House of Values and Self‑Worth, bringing shadow material to the surface around validation, recognition, and how you measure your value including self-worth. This New Moon asks you to look honestly at the social patterns that may no longer support your growth. Where are you seeking approval, recognition, or reassurance from others instead of anchoring into your own worth? Where has the fear of being judged, overlooked, or misunderstood affected the way you show up in community? What social patterns are you ready to release? What would change if you stopped measuring your value through the eyes of others and began trusting your own intrinsic worth? What becomes possible when you focus less on how others perceive you and more on genuinely valuing the connections, support, and shared experiences they bring into your life? This is an opportunity to transform your relationship with belonging, allowing connection to be rooted in authenticity rather than validation.
Mars in Leo (8th House): Mars is conjunct Jupiter and the South Node in your 8th House, creating a powerful story around releasing outdated psychological patterns and ego wounds around feeling powerless and vulnerable. Mars is in its pre-retrograde shadow, beginning a long review of what fuels your depths and what no longer deserves your energy. The South Node suggests release, while Jupiter suggests growth through that release. You’re being asked to surrender the old version of yourself that was built around protection, fear, or survival. In its place, trust the authentic self that is emerging—one that no longer needs to shrink, hide, or prove its worth.
Pluto in Aquarius (2nd House): Pluto continues its T‑square with Venus retrograde and Chiron retrograde, bringing profound transformation to wounds surrounding self‑worth, feeling valued, money, resources, and the ways you seek safety through connection. This energy exposes the deeper layers beneath your fears and insecurities, revealing the hidden power dynamics, emotional attachments, and old survival patterns that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others. You may become more aware of where you’ve looked outside yourself for validation, where you’ve tied your worth to what you provide, possess, or receive, and where fears of rejection, scarcity, or abandonment have influenced your choices. Pluto is not bringing these patterns to the surface to punish you; it is bringing them into the light so they can be transformed. This is an invitation to release the stories that tell you your value must be earned, proven, or validated by someone else. It asks you to confront the fears that keep you from trusting your own worth and to reclaim the power you’ve unknowingly given away.
The Sun-Mars Mutual Reception: The Sun in Scorpio and Mars in Leo are in mutual reception — the Sun is in Mars’ sign, Mars is in the Sun’s sign. They are having a private conversation about identity, courage, vitality, and rebirth within your community and how you share a piece of yourself with others. You are being helped to release old social patterns and old versions of yourself that no longer serve your growth.
Chiron Rx in Aries (4th House): Chiron is completing its final journey through your 4th House, bringing old wounds around home, family, and emotional belonging and foundations to the surface. This is tender — but it is also an invitation to heal at the root.
Healing Focus: Allow yourself to release what no longer aligns with who you are, within your friendships, communities, and sense of belonging. This is a time to let go of the social roles (social identities), expectations, and fears that have kept you from showing up as your authentic self. Trust the transformation and rebirth that is unfolding deep within you. As your sense of self evolves, your connection to others is evolving as well. Some patterns, dynamics, and ways of relating may no longer fit the person you are becoming. Let old fears of rejection, comparison, judgment, or not fitting in fall away. Release the need to seek validation from others and instead trust that the right people will resonate with who you are. This is a moment to redefine what belonging means to you. Allow your connections, communities, and future vision to align with your truth. The more you embrace who you are, the more naturally you attract the people, opportunities, and support that are meant for you.
Journal Prompts:
- What social patterns, roles, or expectations am I ready to release so I can show up more authentically?
- Where have I been overly concerned with how others perceive me, and how has that affected my ability to be myself?
- How have I tied my sense of value or self-worth to acceptance, recognition, or belonging within groups and communities?
- What would change if I trusted that I don’t need to earn my place, prove my value, or perform for acceptance?
- How can I deepen my connections by showing up with greater authenticity, openness, and trust?
A Practical Step: This week, share one vulnerable truth or meaningful part of yourself with someone in your social circle. It doesn’t have to be dramatic or life‑changing — simply allow yourself to be seen a little more honestly than usual. Let your voice become a bridge to connection rather than a shield for protection. Notice what happens when you trust someone with a piece of your authentic experience, a dream, a fear, a hope, or something you’ve been quietly carrying. The goal isn’t to seek validation. It’s to practice being known. Sometimes the connections we’re longing for begin when we’re willing to reveal a little more of who we truly are.
Aquarius

♒ Aquarius Rising
The Scorpio New Moon activates your 10th House of Career, Legacy, Public Role/Image, and Life Direction.
The Scorpio New Moon illuminates your 10th House of Career, bringing a profound rebirth around your public role, your legacy, and your sense of purpose. This is your moment to shed what no longer serves your calling. But this is not simple energy. Mars in Leo, the ruler of this New Moon, is moving through your 7th House of Partnerships, drawing your attention to the ways your relationships, collaborations, and connections with others influence your career path, ambitions, and public role. The people you surround yourself with may be reflecting important truths about what you want to build, where you’re headed, and whether your partnerships support your growth or keep you connected to an outdated version of yourself. At the same time, Pluto in Aquarius, the co-ruler of this New Moon, is moving through your 1st House of Self, bringing shadow material to the surface around your identity, personal power, and authenticity. Pluto is asking you to examine who you’ve become, who you’re becoming, and whether the goals you’re pursuing truly belong to you. This is a powerful moment of self-reflection and transformation. What career patterns are ready to be released? What ambitions, dreams, or long-term goals are calling for your attention? What would change if you stopped doing what was expected of you and began living according to your own purpose and truth? You may discover that some of your ambitions were shaped by external expectations, approval, or a desire to prove yourself. Pluto invites you to strip away what isn’t authentic so you can build a future rooted in genuine fulfillment. Mars encourages you to re-assess and take action, have the necessary conversations, and surround yourself with people who support the vision you’re growing into. This New Moon asks you to align your outer direction with your inner truth. The more authentically you show up, the more your path can reflect who you truly are.
Mars in Leo (7th House): Mars is conjunct Jupiter and the South Node in your 7th House of Partnerships, creating a powerful story around releasing outdated relationship patterns, ego wounds, and ways of relating that no longer support how you. This is a significant period of review and realignment, especially as Mars moves through its pre‑retrograde shadow, beginning a longer journey of examining what fuels your relationships, where your energy is invested, and what is no longer worthy of your effort. The South Node points toward release. Jupiter points toward wisdom, growth, and expansion through that release. You are being asked to let go of the version of yourself you thought you needed to be in relationships — the people‑pleaser, the rescuer, the over‑giver, the one who keeps the peace at the expense of their truth, or any identity that was adopted to secure love, acceptance, or belonging. Mars wants honesty. Jupiter wants growth. The South Node wants freedom from the past. The more willing you are to release outdated ways of relating, the more space you create for relationships that reflect who you are now rather than who you once had to be. This is a moment to trust that letting go is not a loss. It’s an opening for something more authentic, balanced, and aligned to emerge.
Pluto in Aquarius (1st House): Pluto continues its T‑square with Venus retrograde and Chiron retrograde, bringing profound transformation to wounds surrounding your beliefs, your mindset, your communication style, your identity, and the philosophy you live by. This energy is pulling hidden fears, unconscious patterns, and old stories about who you are into the light so they can be examined, healed, and released. You may find yourself confronting parts of your identity that were built around survival, approval, or outdated beliefs about what is possible for you. Long‑standing thought patterns, fears of being misunderstood, or limiting narratives about your worth and potential may become impossible to ignore. This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about shedding the layers that no longer reflect who you truly are. This is a powerful opportunity to reclaim your voice, your truth, and your personal power. As old patterns fall away, a more authentic version of yourself emerges.
The Sun-Mars Mutual Reception: The Sun in Scorpio and Mars in Leo are in mutual reception, meaning they are engaged in a powerful exchange of energy. The Sun is moving through a sign traditionally ruled by Mars, while Mars is moving through a sign ruled by the Sun. Together, they are having a private conversation about identity, courage, vitality, purpose, and rebirth. For you, this conversation is unfolding between the realms of career and partnerships, highlighting how these areas influence and reflect one another. The people you connect with, the agreements you make, and the roles you play in relationships are helping to shape who you are becoming and where you’re headed. This mutual reception offers support as you release outdated patterns, old relational dynamics, and versions of yourself that no longer align with your growth. It encourages you to step forward with greater confidence, authenticity, and self-awareness. You are being asked to let go of who you thought you needed to be in order to succeed, belong, or grow your relationships. In its place, a more courageous and authentic version of yourself is emerging. This is a time of renewal — a chance to align your partnerships, your purpose, and your identity with the person you are becoming rather than the person you have outgrown.
Chiron Rx in Aries (3rd House): Chiron is completing its final journey through your 3rd House, bringing wounds around communication, voice, and being heard to the surface. This is tender — but it is also an invitation to heal at the root.
Healing Focus: Allow yourself to release what no longer aligns with who you are becoming in your career, purpose, and public life. Trust the transformation that is unfolding, even if it requires letting go of familiar roles, goals, or definitions of success. Old patterns are falling away so a more authentic expression of your purpose can emerge. This is a time to honor what is being renewed rather than clinging to what is ending. What once motivated you may no longer inspire you, and that is part of the process. Trust the rebirth. Trust the redirection. As you release outdated ambitions, expectations, or identities, you create space for work, contributions, and achievements that feel more aligned with your values and the person you are becoming. Let what is no longer true fall away. Embrace what is growing in its place. Your next chapter is being built from a deeper, more authentic foundation.
Journal Prompts:
- What career pattern, ambition, or professional identity am I ready to release so I can align more fully with my purpose?
- What part of me is being reborn beneath the surface, and how can I support its emergence with trust and courage?
- Where have I been seeking approval or validation instead of trusting my own path and purpose?
- What legacy do I want to create, and who am I becoming in order to create it?
- What hidden strengths, desires, or truths are emerging as I release old identities and patterns?
A Practical Step: This week, set aside time to reflect on the legacy you’re creating — not the one you think you should pursue, not the one others expect of you, but the one that genuinely resonates with your heart and values. Ask yourself what impact you want to make, what you want to be remembered for, and what feels most meaningful to contribute. Let your heart guide the answers. Notice where your desires feel authentic and where they may be shaped by obligation, expectation, or the need for approval. Then choose one small action that aligns with the future you’re intentionally creating. Your legacy isn’t built all at once. It’s built through the choices you make everyday.
Pisces

♓ Pisces Rising
The Scorpio New Moon activates your 9th House of Beliefs, Travel, Higher Learning, and Philosophy.
The Scorpio New Moon illuminates your 9th House of Beliefs, bringing a profound rebirth around your worldview, your truth, and the meaning you make of your life. This is a powerful moment to shed outdated perspectives and plant new seeds rooted in deeper wisdom, authenticity, and self-discovery. But this is not simple energy. Mars in Leo, the ruler of this New Moon, is moving through your 6th House of Daily Routines, Work, and Well‑Being, asking you to examine how your everyday habits either support or contradict what you believe. Do your actions align with your values? Does the life you’re living reflect the truth you’re growing into? At the same time, Pluto in Aquarius, the co‑ruler of this New Moon, is activating your 12th House of the Subconscious, bringing hidden fears, unconscious behaviors, and deeply ingrained patterns to the surface. Old beliefs may be revealed as inherited assumptions rather than personal truths. What has been quietly shaping your perspective from behind the scenes is asking to be acknowledged and transformed. This New Moon invites you to question the stories you’ve been living by. What beliefs are ready to be released? What would change if you stopped clinging to old truths and allowed curiosity to lead the way? What perspective, philosophy, or understanding of yourself is being transformed into something more authentic, expansive, and aligned with who you are? Like the phoenix rising from the ashes, this lunation asks you to surrender outdated ways of seeing yourself and the world so a deeper truth can emerge. What is being reborn is not just what you believe, but the lens through which you experience your life and find meaning.
Mars in Leo (6th House): Mars is conjunct Jupiter and the South Node in your 6th House of Daily Routines, Work, Service, and Well‑Being, creating a powerful story around releasing outdated habits, obligations, and ego wounds tied to productivity, usefulness, or the need to prove your significance. As Mars moves through its pre‑retrograde shadow, it begins a longer review of what fuels your daily life, how your routines support your growth, and where your time and energy are being invested. The South Node points toward what is ready to be released, while Jupiter highlights the wisdom, growth, and expansion that become available when you let go. This alignment asks you to look honestly at the roles you’ve been playing in your everyday life. Have you been staying busy to feel valued? Have you been overextending yourself in an attempt to be needed, productive, or recognized? Have your routines become habits of obligation rather than acts of self‑support? You are being asked to release the version of yourself that believed worth had to be earned through constant effort, achievement, or service. This is a time to reassess what truly deserves your energy and what no longer aligns with your evolving values and beliefs. This transit is helping you clear away what is no longer sustainable so your daily life can better reflect your truth, your purpose, and your well‑being. Growth comes through release. Expansion comes through simplifying what no longer matters.
Pluto in Aquarius (12th House): Pluto continues its T‑square with Venus retrograde and Chiron retrograde, bringing profound transformation to wounds around self‑worth, validation, subconscious patterns, and the hidden fears that have quietly influenced your choices and behaviors. This energy is illuminating the deeper reasons behind how you justify your value, where you seek approval, and the unconscious beliefs that may still be shaping your sense of worth. Old fears, power dynamics, and self‑protective patterns are being exposed, not to shame you, but to make them visible so they can be healed and transformed. You may become more aware of the ways you’ve unconsciously given your power away, tied your worth to what you do for others, or allowed hidden insecurities to dictate your decisions from behind the scenes. Pluto is inviting you to go beneath the surface and explore the patterns that have been running on autopilot for far too long. This is deep healing work. As old patterns dissolve, a stronger foundation of self‑trust, self‑worth, and inner empowerment can emerge. What is being transformed now is not just how you see yourself, but the unconscious stories that have shaped your life from the shadows.
The Sun-Mars Mutual Reception: The Sun in Scorpio and Mars in Leo are in mutual reception, meaning they are working together behind the scenes in a powerful exchange of energy. The Sun is traveling through a sign traditionally ruled by Mars, while Mars is moving through a sign ruled by the Sun. They are engaged in a private conversation about identity, courage, vitality, purpose, and personal rebirth. For you, this dialogue is unfolding between your beliefs and daily life. The Scorpio New Moon is asking you to transform the way you see the world, while Mars in your 6th House highlights the habits, routines, and choices that either support or contradict those beliefs. This is a moment to examine whether your daily actions are aligned with the truth you are growing into. You are being supported in releasing outdated identities, limiting beliefs, and unconscious routines that no longer reflect who you are. Old philosophies, rigid perspectives, and familiar patterns may be falling away so you can create a life that feels more intentional, meaningful, and authentic. This is a period of powerful integration. As your beliefs evolve, your daily life is being asked to evolve with them. The more you align your actions with your truth, the more naturally your life begins to reflect your growth.
Chiron Rx in Aries (2nd House): Chiron is completing its final journey through your 2nd House, bringing wounds around worth, value, and self-esteem to the surface. This is tender — but it is also an invitation to heal at the root.
Healing Focus: Allow yourself to release what no longer aligns with who you are and the truths you choose to live by. Old beliefs, outdated philosophies, and inherited perspectives may have guided you once, but they do not have to define your future. Trust the transformation. Trust the rebirth unfolding within you. As your understanding deepens, it is natural for old truths to fall away and make room for new wisdom. What once felt certain may no longer resonate, and that’s not a sign that you’re lost — it’s a sign that you’re growing. This is a time to remain open, curious, and willing to evolve. Let go of the need to cling to beliefs simply because they are familiar. Allow your worldview to expand alongside your healing. The more you release what no longer reflects your truth, the more space you create for a deeper sense of purpose, meaning, and alignment. What is emerging now is not just a new perspective, but a more authentic relationship with yourself and the world around you.
Journal Prompts:
- What belief, perspective, or worldview am I ready to release, and what new truth is beginning to emerge in its place?
- Where have I been clinging to an old truth, identity, or life experience that no longer reflects who I am becoming?
- What subconscious pattern, fear, or behavior is ready to be transformed so I can move forward with greater freedom and self-awareness?
- What is being reborn deep within me, and how is it reshaping the way I see myself, my path, and the world around me?
- How are my experiences inviting me to evolve beyond what I once believed was true? Where is curiosity asking me to replace certainty, and what might become possible if I allowed my perspective to expand?
A Practical Step: This week, intentionally expose yourself to a perspective that challenges your current way of thinking. Read a book, listen to a podcast, have a meaningful conversation, or explore an idea that stretches your understanding of yourself, others, or the world around you. Approach it with curiosity rather than defensiveness. Instead of asking, “Is this right or wrong?”, ask, “What can this perspective teach me?” Pay attention to where you feel resistance, discomfort, or intrigue. Those reactions may reveal an old belief that is ready to evolve. Whether the topic is deeply personal or connected to a larger worldview, allow yourself to consider a different lens. This isn’t about abandoning your truth. It’s about creating space for your truth to grow. Where are you being called to open your mind, expand your perspective, or explore a belief you’ve never fully considered before?
The Scorpio New Moon Conclusion
The Scorpio New Moon arrives as a profound rebirth after months of deep psychological exploration. It is not a single moment—it is the beginning of a much deeper story that will continue unfolding over the next several months, revealing itself more fully by the time we reach the two Scorpio Full Moons in April and May 2027.
This New Moon asks us to shed what no longer fits. It strips away what is no longer authentic, what no longer has life force, and what no longer aligns with who we are. It is a New Moon of shedding skin—of releasing old identities, old ego stories, and old versions of ourselves that once helped us survive but now keep us small.
With Mars in Leo conjunct Jupiter and the South Node, we are being asked to release outdated identities and beliefs. With the Sun in Scorpio and Mars in Leo in mutual reception, our identity, courage, and vitality are being reshaped. With Pluto in Aquarius continuing its T-square with Venus retrograde and Chiron retrograde, deep wounds around self-worth, belonging, and identity are being transformed. And with Chiron completing its final journey through Aries, wounds around courage and taking up space are being radically healed.
Much of this process happens in the dark. The changes are often internal before they become visible externally. We may not yet know where we are growing. We may only know that parts of us are fading away and no longer resonate.
There is grief, fear, and hope present simultaneously. A feeling of release and renewal happening at the same time.
This New Moon is not asking us to become someone new overnight. It is asking us to trust the transformation. Like the caterpillar dissolving in the chrysalis before becoming the butterfly, this process requires surrender before renewal. Like the phoenix rising from the ashes, something powerful is being born from what is ending.
We are being invited to allow ourselves to release what no longer aligns with who we are becoming. To let old identities fall away. To let old wounds surface so they can heal. To grieve what is ending. To honor the growth occurring beneath the surface.
Trust what is leaving. Trust what is emerging. Trust the rebirth.
Healing Mantra:
“I rise from the ashes of who I was. I trust the fire that transforms me. I am reborn—not as someone new, but as someone finally free.”
