A Weekly Astrological Look Ahead with Soul-Work Journal Prompts, Healing Opportunities, as well as Actionable Steps to Work with the Energy.
Hey Soul Seekers,
I hope the last week has treated you kindly, and that you offered yourself some compassion, from the Pisces New Moon energy. Mercury has finally stationed direct, and we’re beginning to clear the fog that wrapped itself around this entire retrograde and eclipse season—what a doozy it’s been!
We’ve officially entered Aries season, bringing a much-needed surge of energy and motivation to start building moving forward. While Mercury is still retracing its steps, revisiting the degrees it passed through twice before, the momentum is shifting. Clarity is rising, and with it, a sense that we’re ready to move again.
This week brings pivotal energy: the Sun conjoins Saturn, asking us to take responsibility for what we’re growing. A sextile to Pluto follows, ensuring that what we’re building has the power to transform. Venus meets Chiron, which may stir tender places, but also offers deep clarity around what truly matters for our own healing and self-worth. And by week’s end, Saturn forms its first sextile to Pluto since January 2020—a structural turning point that began during the COVID era. We can feel the weight of something beginning. Saturn wants slow and steady, but in Aries, time feels urgent, asking us to become more efficient with our energy.
I’ve been feeling this intensity myself. I’m deeply grateful that my business has grown, thanks to all of you, but to honor my current commitments, I’ve temporarily paused any new consultations until I’m all caught up. I’ll announce when my calendar reopens. In the meantime, if you’d like to be added to a waiting list, just email me—you’ll have the first opportunity to schedule, once my books open back up.
During this catch-up period, I’ll also be adjusting the format of my weekly astrology breakdowns to better manage my time. I still plan to make them just as useful for working with the week’s energy—just perhaps a bit shorter and more streamlined while I get back on track. Thank you for bearing with me, and as always, for your incredible support. You all truly ROCK.

Day by Day Breakdown
The Astrology for Monday March 23rd, 2026
* Mercury conjunct North Node (Pisces) (Final Time)
Mercury Conjunct North Node — The Message Breaks the Surface
Today, we finally move forward from a story that began six weeks ago. Mercury meets the North Node in Pisces for the third and final time, completing a three-part karmic storyline that has been unfolding since February 12th. This is the last time Mercury and the North Node will conjoin in Pisces for 18 years, making this a moment of closure, clarity, and intuitive direction that carries real weight.
What was symbolic, confusing, or submerged, now rises into understanding. The message finally breaks the surface.
A Three-Part Story: Whisper → Revelation → Integration
Because Mercury moved through Pisces, stationed retrograde, and is now retracing its steps, this conjunction has unfolded in layers:
- February 12th — First conjunction: The intuitive whisper. A seeded idea planted in the dark. A message too subtle to grasp, but present nonetheless.
- March 17th — Second conjunction (retrograde): The deeper, internal revelation. The message ruminating in the depths, becoming clearer but still not fully formed.
- March 23rd — Final conjunction (post-retrograde): Integration. Clarity. The meaning becomes coherent. The mind finally catches up to what the soul has known all along.
This final pass is where the message starts to make sense—not just as a feeling, but as a deeper knowing that can now guide us forward.
Mercury in Pisces: Understanding the Incoherent Message
Mercury governs logic, language, analysis, and understanding. In Pisces, Mercury is in detriment—not because it’s weak per se, but because it’s operating in a realm beyond logic. Pisces communicates through symbolism, intuition, dreams, emotional resonance, and subtle energetic impressions.
Think of Mercury in Pisces as trying to speak underwater. The message is there, but it’s muffled, distorted, and nonlinear. During the retrograde, it was like trying to understand someone speaking underwater from above the surface—nearly impossible without intuition. But now, with Mercury direct and conjunct the North Node, the message finally breaks through. The words become clearer. The meaning lands.
This is the moment where what you’ve been feeling, finally becomes something you can understand.
South Node Rulership: Releasing the Inner Critic
Mercury rules the Virgo South Node, which means this entire cycle has been dissolving our tendencies toward perfectionism, overthinking, self-criticism, the need to control outcomes, rigid planning, and the belief that clarity must always come through logic rather than emotional resonance.
The North Node in Pisces asks for surrender, compassion, trust, and the honing of our intuitive listening skills. This final conjunction is the moment where the mind aligns with the soul’s direction—not through force, but through a felt sense of rightness.
We are being asked to release the inner critic that says we should have it all figured out. And in its place, we’re learning to trust a different kind of knowing.
What This Conjunction Has Been Teaching
Over the past six weeks, with Mercury traveling over the North Node in Pisces, many of us have moved through a deeply intuitive stretch of time—such as sudden inner realizations about our future, symbolic or dreamlike messages that carried meaning, conversations that shifted our perspective, and emotional clarity about what we’re finally ready to release. Old mental habits have quietly dissolved, replaced by a sense of being guided rather than needing to figure everything out. This wasn’t a logical cycle; it was an intuitive one, asking us to trust what we feel and let our emotional resonance lead the way.
Jupiter’s Role: Emotional Wisdom and Expansion
At the moment of this conjunction, Mercury is trine Jupiter in Cancer, the ruler of Pisces. Jupiter is:
- Square Venus in Aries (conjunct Chiron) — healing identity wounds, expanding our understanding of desire and worth
- Trine Mars in Pisces — growth through intuitive action, instinct aligned with purpose
- Trine the North Node — destined emotional growth, the wisdom we’ve been cultivating now bearing fruit
This creates a field of emotional truth, healing, and expansion. Jupiter in Cancer expands our understanding of what we need emotionally, what we believe about our path, where trust is required, and how our intuition is guiding us forward. Jupiter softens the process, helping us feel the meaning behind this transit, not just think about it.
The Moon’s Role: Grounded Intuition and Awakening
The Moon—Jupiter’s ruler—is in Taurus, exalted and steady. It is:
- Conjunct Uranus — awakening, breakthroughs, unexpected insights
- Sextile the Sun and Neptune in Aries — vision, purpose, and identity aligning
- Trine Pluto in Aquarius — deep psychological truth, transformation, and resonance
This Moon helps us regulate our emotions, ground intuitive insights, understand our instinctive responses, awaken to a new sense of self, and integrate the message Mercury is delivering. The Moon’s involvement makes this moment not just mental but deeply embodied and felt.
The Meaning of This Final Conjunction
This transit is the moment when, the message finally becomes clear, intuitive direction crystallizes, and the lessons of the retrograde begin to integrate. The eclipse storyline reveals its purpose, the mind aligns with the soul’s path, and the next step comes into view. It’s a turning point where confusion gives way to clarity, inner listening becomes forward movement, and what was once submerged rises to guide you into the next chapter.
What This Feels Like: A quiet but unmistakable “click” of understanding. The sense that something you’ve been circling for weeks has finally landed. Emotional clarity that feels grounded, not floaty. The relief of knowing, not through proof, but through a felt truth.
Healing Mantra:
“The message has arrived. I understand what I came here to learn. My mind aligns with my soul’s direction. I am ready to move forward.”
The Mercury-North Node Cycle
The Mercury–North Node cycle aligns your thinking with your evolutionary path, bringing fated insights, intuitive messages, and conversations that clarify where your growth is leading you. Its purpose is to dissolve outdated mental patterns so your mind can open to a more soul‑guided direction, helping you move forward with clarity and trust.

Healing Opportunities with Actionable Steps:
1. Receiving the Final Piece of the Message
Aligned with Mercury’s third and final North Node conjunction — integration and clarity.
- Positive Expression: The “click” of understanding—something you’ve been circling for weeks finally lands. The message becomes coherent. Intuitive direction crystallizes into something you can now name and trust.
- Shadow Expression: Dismissing the clarity because it’s not dramatic enough. Waiting for more proof when the message has already arrived. Letting the mind spin back into overthinking instead of resting in knowing.
- Actionable Step: Create a “Message Received” action. Sit quietly with your journal and ask: “What am I now understanding that I couldn’t see before this retrograde?” Write whatever comes—even fragments. When you feel complete, read it aloud and say: “Message received. I trust this clarity. I am ready to move forward.” This honors the finality of this conjunction and marks the transition from receiving to acting.
2. Releasing the Inner Critic’s Grip for Good
Aligned with Mercury (ruler of Virgo South Node) completing its North Node journey.
- Positive Expression: Old mental habits—perfectionism, self-criticism, overthinking, the need to control—finally loosen their hold. You understand why they were there and why you no longer need them. Relief replaces self-judgment.
- Shadow Expression: Fusing with the inner critic, still believing its voice is truth. Releasing intellectually but not emotionally. Letting old mental patterns creep back in out of familiarity.
- Actionable Step: Conduct a “Critic Release” practice. Write down one recurring self-critical thought that has persisted through this retrograde. Read it aloud. Then write: “This thought kept me safe by ________. I release you now. I no longer need this protection.” Tear the paper, burn it, or place it in water to dissolve. Then write one compassionate truth to replace it. This symbolic act engages the body and emotion in the release Mercury has been facilitating.
3. Grounding Intuitive Insight in the Body
Aligned with the Taurus Moon (exalted) conjunct Uranus, sextile Sun/Neptune, trine Pluto.
- Positive Expression: Intuitive knowing doesn’t stay in your head—it lands in your body as a felt sense of rightness. You feel the truth of what you’ve learned. Emotional regulation and grounded clarity become your new baseline.
- Shadow Expression: Staying in your head, disconnected from bodily knowing. Insights remain intellectual, never embodied. Feeling ungrounded or unmoored by the intensity of the shift.
- Actionable Step: Practice “Somatic Anchoring.” Today, when an insight or clarity arises, pause. Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Take three slow breaths. Ask: “Where do I feel this truth in my body?” Notice the sensation—warmth, expansion, ease, groundedness. Stay with it for 30 seconds. This anchors intuitive insight in the body, transforming mental clarity into embodied knowing.
4. Trusting the Next Step Before You See the Whole Path
Aligned with Mercury trine Jupiter (emotional wisdom) and the completion of this cycle.
- Positive Expression: You don’t need the whole picture to take the next step. Clarity about what’s next arrives—not as a five-year plan, but as a felt sense of direction. Trust replaces the need to control.
- Shadow Expression: Waiting for full visibility before moving. Letting fear of the unknown keep you stuck. Demanding guarantees that the path will work out before you’ll commit to it.
- Actionable Step: Identify your “Next Step.” From the clarity you’ve received so far, ask: “What is the very next thing—the smallest, most tangible step—that feels aligned?” Write it down. Then commit: “I don’t need to see the whole path. I trust this next step.” Take that step today, even if it’s symbolic. Each step taken in trust builds the neural pathway for courage over control.
Psychology Fact:
Psychology Fact: “Self-Schema Theory” & The Updating of Core Beliefs
Self-schemas are cognitive structures that organize self-related information and operate automatically, filtering experience to confirm existing self-beliefs. The inner critic is a manifestation of negative self-schemas formed early in life. Research shows that self-schema change requires both disconfirmation (experiences that contradict the old belief) and repeated activation of new, more compassionate self-statements. The brain literally rewires when we consistently pair self-critical moments with compassionate reframes. Relevance: Mercury rules the Virgo South Node, and this final conjunction completes the dissolution of old mental patterns. The shadow is fusing with the critic, believing its voice is truth. The healing is to actively install new, compassionate self-schemas through repetition. Practice: Create a “Compassionate Counter-Statement”: For each recurring self-critical thought you’ve identified during this cycle, write a compassionate counter-statement. Then, for the next 30 days, whenever the critical thought arises, pause and consciously repeat the counter-statement three times. Example: Critical thought: “I should have this figured out by now.” Counter-statement: “I am learning to trust my own unfolding. Clarity arrives in its own time.” This repetition physically rewires the neural pathways associated with self-criticism.
Shadow Journal Prompts:
- The Message That Has Finally Landed– Mercury’s final North Node conjunction brings integration and clarity. Looking back over these six weeks of retrograde, what am I now understanding that I couldn’t see before? Not a logical conclusion—a felt knowing. What message has finally broken through the surface?
- What I’m Ready to Release from the Old Mental Patterns– Mercury rules the Virgo South Node, dissolving perfectionism and overthinking. What specific mental habit—a recurring self-criticism, a need to control, a pattern of overthinking—feels like it’s finally loosening its grip? If I could thank this pattern for how it once protected me, what would I say? And what am I ready to become without it?
- Where I Feel This Truth in My Body– The Taurus Moon grounds intuitive insight in embodied knowing. Take a moment to quiet your mind and drop into your body. Where do you feel the truth of what you’ve learned during this cycle? What sensations are present—warmth, expansion, ease, groundedness? Let the body speak what the mind cannot yet fully articulate.
- The Next Step I Can Trust– Mercury trine Jupiter offers emotional wisdom and forward direction. From the clarity that’s emerged so far, what is the very next step—the smallest, most tangible action—that feels aligned? Not the whole path, just the next thing. What would it mean to trust that step without needing to see where it leads?
- The Wisdom I’m Carrying Forward– This three-part cycle completes today—a moment of growth. What is one piece of wisdom from these past six weeks that you want to carry with you into the next chapter? Not a resolution to a problem, but a deeper truth about yourself, about trust, about knowing. Write it as if you’re leaving a note for your future self to remember.
The Astrology for Wednesday March 25th, 2026
* Sun conjunct Saturn (Aries)
* Sun (Aries) opening sextile Pluto (Aqua.)
Sun Conjunct Saturn & Sextile Pluto — The Chrysalis Cracks Open
Today, the Sun is exceptionally active—first meeting Saturn in Aries, then moving into an opening sextile with Pluto in Aquarius. Together, these transits signify an unfolding: the new identity that began with Neptune’s ideal vision just three days ago is now being asked for commitment, to take form, and to transform, from the inside out.
This is the moment where we crawl out of the chrysalis, where it was warm and safe inside to experience something new. The new environment feels unfamiliar, exposed, and uncertain. But staying in the shell is no longer an option. Growth demands that we emerge.
Sun Conjunct Saturn: Identity Meets Responsibility
The Sun in Aries is working to establish a new sense of self—one that is more courageous, more direct, and more aligned with personal truth. When the Sun joins Saturn in this fire sign, it asks for:
- Commitment to who we are becoming
- Discipline around our desires and actions
- Accountability for our choices
- The willingness to let go of behaviors that weaken our vitality
This conjunction is not trying to be restrictive—it is trying to give us structure, a new foundation to live by. Saturn in Aries is the architect of a new identity, helping us build the framework we need to sustain the vision that began with the Sun–Neptune conjunction. This is the moment where inspiration becomes responsibility.
Both the Sun and Saturn are square the Gemini Moon, which means new information, new perspectives, or new conversations may challenge our initial assumptions. This square pushes us to integrate new ideas into our evolving identity rather than defaulting to old mental patterns of self-sabotage, perfectionism, or trying to control the narrative. It asks us to stay flexible, to listen, and to let new input refine rather than derail us.
Sun Sextile Pluto: The First Opportunity to Transform
The Sun–Pluto cycle began in January, and today’s opening sextile is the first moment where we can actively participate in the transformation Pluto initiated. Sextiles require effort—they don’t deliver change automatically. They ask us to:
- Take conscious steps toward empowerment
- Engage our shadow work
- Act on what we know needs to change
- Choose authenticity and growth over comfort
- Use our will to support our evolution
If we’ve been doing the inner work, this sextile feels energizing and empowering. If we’ve been avoiding it, we may feel blocked or frustrated. Pluto in Aquarius wants liberation, innovation, and truth; the Sun in Aries wants courage and action. Together, they create a moment where we can break through old patterns and step into a more empowered version of ourselves.
Saturn as Pluto’s Ruler: The Structural Path to Transformation
There is a deeper layer here that deserves our attention: Saturn rules Pluto in Aquarius, and today the Sun is conjunct Saturn and sextile Pluto. This creates a direct energetic chain: Sun → Saturn → Pluto
This means the work we commit to, the discipline we apply, the boundaries we set, and the responsibility we take will directly support our transformation moving forward. Saturn becomes the bridge between identity (Sun) and empowerment (Pluto). If we show up for ourselves, Pluto will open the door.
This is not abstract. It is a practical, grounded truth: the structure we build today becomes the foundation for the transformation tomorrow.
The Sun Still Carries Neptune’s Visionary Imprint
The Sun is still close to Neptune, meaning the dissolving, visionary, imaginative energy from Sunday is still very much alive. We are not just building any new identity—we are building the one that emerged after Neptune washed away the old, wounded egoic structures that held us back from pursuing what we want.
Saturn now gives that vision form. Pluto gives it power. The dream is becoming real.
The Meaning of Today’s Transits
This is a day where a new identity is being shaped, old limitations are being released, and responsibility strengthens our purpose. Transformation becomes possible through effort, new information challenges us to grow, and our inner work directly fuels empowerment. It is a moment of constructive pressure—the kind that shapes diamonds, not the kind that becomes our burden. The Sun is becoming stronger, clearer, and more aligned, and Saturn and Pluto are helping us build a self that can withstand the future we’re stepping into.
What This Feels Like: The discomfort of emergence. The vulnerability of leaving the chrysalis. A quiet but steady resolve to show up for yourself, even when it’s hard. New information that challenges old assumptions. The sense that your inner work is finally paying off—not as a reward, but as a foundation. And beneath it all, a growing trust: I am becoming someone who can hold this.
Healing Mantra:
“I commit to who I am becoming. I build the structure my vision requires. My inner work fuels my transformation. I am emerging, even when it feels unfamiliar.”
The Sun-Saturn Cycle
The Sun–Saturn cycle strengthens identity through discipline, asking you to take responsibility for who you’re becoming and to build structures that support your purpose. Its purpose is to mature your self-expression so your actions, boundaries, and commitments align with your deeper integrity.

Healing Opportunities with Actionable Steps:
1. Committing to Who You’re Becoming
Aligned with Sun conjunct Saturn in Aries — identity meets responsibility.
- Positive Expression: Feeling a quiet but steady resolve to show up for yourself. The new identity that emerged from Neptune’s dissolution now asks for commitment. You’re ready to take it seriously, to build it, to own it.
- Shadow Expression: Resisting the responsibility that comes with growth. Wanting the vision without the work. Staying in the dream phase to avoid the vulnerability of actually becoming.
- Actionable Step: Make a “Commitment Declaration.” Write down one specific aspect of the new identity you’re stepping into (“I am someone who trusts my intuition,” “I am someone who honors my worth”). Then complete: “I commit to this by ________.” Keep it small and tangible—one action you’ll take this week to honor that commitment. Read it aloud each morning. This transforms vision into structure.
2. Using New Information to Grow, Not Derail
Aligned with Sun and Saturn square the Gemini Moon — new perspectives challenge assumptions.
- Positive Expression: Receiving new information or feedback as fuel for refinement, not as a threat to your identity. Staying flexible and open, letting new input sharpen rather than shake you.
- Shadow Expression: Defensiveness when challenged. Clinging to old narratives even when new information contradicts them. Mistaking growth for criticism and shutting down.
- Actionable Step: Practice “Curiosity Over Defense.” When new information or a different perspective arises today, pause and ask: “What can I learn from this? How might this refine, not derail, my becoming?” Journal the answer. This simple reframe transforms potential conflict into collaboration with your growth.
3. Taking Conscious Steps Toward Empowerment
Aligned with Sun sextile Pluto — the first opportunity to actively transform.
- Positive Expression: Feeling energized to act on what you know needs to change. Shadow work becomes actionable. You’re not just understanding your patterns—you’re choosing differently.
- Shadow Expression: Waiting for transformation to happen to you instead of participating in it. Knowing what needs to shift but avoiding the effort. Feeling stuck because you’re not engaging the process.
- Actionable Step: Identify one “Empowerment Action.” Ask yourself: “What is one small, conscious step I can take today toward the transformation I know is needed?” It doesn’t need to be dramatic—a conversation, a boundary, a choice, a release. Take it. Then journal: “I am not waiting for change. I am participating in my becoming.”
4. Letting Inner Work Become the Foundation
Aligned with Saturn as the bridge between Sun and Pluto — structure supporting transformation.
- Positive Expression: Feeling the direct connection between the inner work you’ve been doing and the empowerment you’re now experiencing. Your discipline, your boundaries, your commitments—they’re all building something real.
- Shadow Expression: Doing the inner work but not letting it land. Treating shadow work as intellectual exercise rather than embodied change. Separating self-awareness from self-evolution.
- Actionable Step: Create an “Inner Work to Empowerment” map. Draw a line down your journal. Left side: “Inner work I’ve been doing (awareness, patterns, releases).” Right side: “How this is now fueling my empowerment.” For each item on the left, write a corresponding way it’s supporting your growth. Then reflect: “My inner work is not just insight—it’s infrastructure. I am building a self that can hold what’s coming.”
Psychology Fact:
Psychology Fact: “Identity Reconstruction” & The Role of Executive Function
Identity reconstruction—the process of deliberately rebuilding one’s sense of self—requires robust executive function (EF), the cognitive system responsible for planning, inhibition, and goal-directed behavior. The prefrontal cortex orchestrates EF, enabling us to override old habits and install new patterns. Research shows that EF is like a muscle: it strengthens with use and depletes with overuse. Implementation intentions (if-then plans) reduce the cognitive load of new behaviors by automating them, freeing EF for other tasks. Relevance: Sun conjunct Saturn asks us to build a new structural foundation for our identity. The shadow is trying to rely on willpower alone, which depletes quickly. The healing is to use implementation intentions to automate new patterns, conserving executive function for the work of becoming.
Practice: Create Structural If-Then Plans for your new identity.
For each aspect of the self you’re building, write: “If [situation], then I will [new aligned action].”
Examples: “If I face a choice, then I will ask: ‘What would the self I’m becoming choose?'”
“If I feel the urge to shrink, then I will take one full breath and stand tall.”
“If I notice self-criticism, then I will offer myself compassion.”
These if-then plans automate alignment, reducing the cognitive load of conscious decision-making and strengthening neural pathways through repetition.
Shadow Journal Prompts:
- The Identity I’m Ready to Commit To– Sun conjunct Saturn asks us to take our becoming seriously. The vision of who I’m becoming has been emerging—through Neptune’s dissolution, through quiet knowing. Now Saturn asks: What am I ready to commit to about this new self? Not just admire—build. What is one aspect of this emerging identity I’m willing to take responsibility for today?
- Where New Information Is Challenging Me to Grow– Sun and Saturn square the Gemini Moon—new perspectives test our assumptions. What new information, conversation, or perspective has recently challenged something I believed about myself or my path? Instead of defensiveness, what might this challenge be trying to refine in me? How can I stay open rather than shut down?
- The Shadow Work That’s Ready to Become Action– Sun sextile Pluto asks us to actively participate in our transformation. What pattern or wound have I been understanding—and now, what is one small, conscious step I can take to act on that understanding? Not just see it clearly, but choose differently. What would empowerment in action look like today?
- The Bridge Between My Inner Work and My Empowerment– Saturn connects Sun and Pluto—structure supports transformation. Looking back at the inner work I’ve done—the patterns I’ve seen, the releases I’ve made, the awareness I’ve cultivated—how is this directly fueling my empowerment now? Where is my inner work becoming infrastructure for who I’m becoming?
- The Vulnerability of Emerging– The chrysalis cracks open—emerging feels exposed but necessary. Where do I feel the discomfort of emergence today—the vulnerability of leaving an old shell behind, the uncertainty of new territory? If I could offer myself one compassionate truth about this process, what would it be? What am I learning about courage in real time?

Venus Conjunct Chiron — The Courage to Want, The Healing to Receive
Today, we can feel tender energy, settling in the atmosphere. Venus meets Chiron in Aries, illuminating the places where love, desire, self-worth, and our deepest relational patterns intersect with old wounds. This is not a light transit. It is a vulnerable one—but it is also a healing one, if we work with it.
In Aries, a Mars-ruled sign, this conjunction carries a rawness. It brings forward the parts of us that want to assert ourselves, ask for what we need, take up space, and act on our desires. And simultaneously, it reveals the fears and hurts that have made that difficult. This is the moment where we see clearly why we tend to hold back—or why we sometimes push too hard. It shows us what feels wounded, what we truly want, and what we need in moments of vulnerability.
This is healing our belief and values around self-regulation and self-care. We do not always have to do for others. We have permission to care for our own needs and wants.
Venus + Chiron in Aries: Healing the Courage to Want
Venus in Aries highlights themes of desire, self-advocacy, independence in relationships, the courage to express what we want, and the right to take up space. Chiron exposes the wounds around those same themes—where we’ve felt rejected, too much, not enough, abandoned, or unsafe to assert ourselves.
Their conjunction brings these patterns to the surface so they can be healed, not repeated. This is not about fixing something broken. It’s about seeing—with compassion—where we’ve learned to shrink, to abandon ourselves, to believe our needs were too much to handle. And in that seeing, beginning to choose differently, for our own self-care.
Mars in Pisces: Emotional Fuel, Big Feelings
Venus answers to Mars in Pisces, who is currently:
- Trine the Moon in Cancer (home sign)
- Trine Jupiter in Cancer (exalted)
This gives Mars a deep emotional resonance—deeply felt, intuitive, and porous. But it also amplifies feelings; Jupiter’s involvement means everything is magnified. Mars in Pisces doesn’t push; it absorbs. It acts from emotion, instinct, and sensitivity.
This means emotions swell, desires feel more vulnerable, old wounds feel louder, and intuition is extremely heightened—possibly even a bit overstimulating or lacking boundaries. Healing becomes possible through emotional honesty with ourselves, and being able to be vulnerable in the moment with our needs—without lashing out in anger, projecting, or blaming.
Taking a pause before responding is highly suggested today. Remember: it is okay to focus on what we need in moments of emotional distress. Focus on filling your own cup first!
The Cancer Moon: Big Emotions, Tender Edges
The Moon is in Cancer, its home sign, and conjunct Jupiter, which makes emotions feel bigger, fuller, and impossible to ignore. With the Moon square Venus, sensitivity is heightened—you may feel irritable, easily hurt, misunderstood, or craving comfort and reassurance. This isn’t conflict so much as a spotlight on where your emotional needs and your relational patterns don’t quite line up, revealing the gap between what you feel and what you think you should feel. That’s why self‑care is essential today; we can’t pour from an empty cup, and the Venus–Chiron energy will show exactly where we’ve been trying to.
What This Transit Brings Up
This Venus/Chiron conjunction often surfaces wounds around asking for what we need, fear of being too much or not enough, patterns of self-abandonment, difficulty receiving love or support, shame around desire, old relational hurts, and the instinct to withdraw or over-assert. However, it can also bring courage to name what hurts, clarity about what we truly want, healing through honesty, the ability to advocate for ourselves, and a new relationship with desire and self-worth.
The Healing Path Today
The Cancer Moon is so strong, and Jupiter and Mars amplify everything, the emotional landscape is rich and fertile. This is a day to slow down, tend to our needs, rest if we feel overwhelmed, avoid over-scheduling, give ourselves space to feel, honor our emotional truth, and let healing happen without forcing it. Reflection helps us understand where the sensitivity is coming from and what it’s trying to reveal about our patterns. This is not a day to push through—it’s a day to feel our way through.
What This Feels Like: A tender rawness. Old wounds surfacing not to haunt you, but to be seen. Desires rising that you’ve been afraid to claim. Part of you wants to withdraw, and part of you wants connection—both impulses rising together. Big feelings that feel intense, but these big feelings are highlighting what feels true, and what needs attention/healed.
Healing Mantra:
“I am allowed to want. I am allowed to need. My wounds are not failures—they are the places I’m learning to love myself. I tend to my heart today with gentleness and compassion.”
The Venus-Chiron Cycle
The Venus–Chiron cycle exposes and heals the wounds around love, desire, self‑worth, and the courage to advocate for your needs, helping you understand where old hurts have shaped how you relate and receive. Its purpose is to restore your capacity to love yourself and others with greater honesty, bravery, and compassion—so your relationships and desires can grow from authenticity rather than fear.

Healing Opportunities & Actionable Steps:
1. Healing the Wound Around Asking for What You Need
Aligned with Venus conjunct Chiron in Aries — the courage to advocate for ourselves.
- Positive Expression: Feeling the fear of asking and doing it anyway. Naming what you need, even in a small way, and surviving. Learning that your needs are not too much—they’re just yours.
- Shadow Expression: Staying silent to avoid rejection. Swinging into aggressive demands because vulnerability feels too risky. Repeating the pattern of self-abandonment.
- Actionable Step: Practice one “Small Ask” today. Identify one tiny, low-stakes need—a preference, a boundary, a request—and voice it to someone safe. It could be as simple as “I need a few minutes of quiet” or “I’d prefer this restaurant.” Afterward, journal: “I asked for what I needed. I am still safe. My needs matter.” Each small ask rewires the neural pathway around vulnerability and worth.
2. Naming What Hurts with Courage
Aligned with Venus-Chiron bringing clarity about old wounds.
- Positive Expression: Giving voice to a pain you’ve carried silently. Not to fix it, just to acknowledge it. The relief of being honest with yourself about where you’re tender.
- Shadow Expression: Pretending the wound isn’t there. Dismissing your own pain as unimportant. Letting shame keep you silent.
- Actionable Step: Create a “Wound Inventory.” In your journal, write: “One thing that still hurts is ________. I’ve carried this because ________. What I need around this wound is ________.” No fixing, no forcing—just honest acknowledgment. This simple act of naming reduces the wound’s power and begins the healing Venus-Chiron offers.
3. Tending to Your Emotional Cup Before Pouring for Others
Aligned with the Cancer Moon square Venus — the gap between emotional needs and relational patterns.
- Positive Expression: Recognizing that you cannot pour from an empty cup. Giving yourself permission to rest, to receive, to tend to your own heart before tending to others. Taking part in self-care as sacred practice.
- Shadow Expression: Pushing through exhaustion, ignoring your own needs, and then resenting others for not filling you. Mistaking self-care for selfishness. Not listening to your own boundaries.
- Actionable Step: Schedule “Cup-Filling Time.” Today, block out 30 minutes of uninterrupted time dedicated solely to your own emotional nourishment—rest, a bath, journaling, silence, a walk, a comfort show. During this time, remind yourself: “I am allowed to tend to me. My cup matters.” This is not indulgence; it’s the foundation for sustainable giving.
4. Letting Big Feelings Move Through, Not Overwhelm
Aligned with Mars trine Moon and Jupiter — amplified emotions, heightened sensitivity.
- Positive Expression: Allowing yourself to feel fully without being consumed by the feeling. Riding the wave of emotion, knowing it will pass. Using sensitivity as a channel for healing, not a source of overwhelm.
- Shadow Expression: Getting swallowed by big feelings, mistaking intensity for truth. Reacting impulsively from emotion rather than responding with awareness. Drowning in the amplification of the moment.
- Actionable Step: Practice “Emotional Surfing.” When a big feeling rises, pause. Name it: “This is ________ (sadness, fear, grief, longing).” Place a hand on your heart. Breathe. Say: “I am allowed to feel this. It will move through me.” Stay with the sensation without reacting, without fixing, without pushing it away. Feel it for 60-90 seconds and notice how it shifts. This builds capacity to hold big feelings without being overwhelmed by them. Ultimately you are providing them validation with self-compassion, so it can move through you, instead of being overwhelmed by them.
Psychology Fact:
Psychology Fact: “Shame Resilience” & The Difference Between Shame and Guilt
Brené Brown’s research on shame resilience distinguishes between shame (“I am bad”) and guilt (“I did something bad”). Shame is highly correlated with addiction, depression, and disconnection, while guilt can be adaptive. Shame around desire—believing that wanting makes us selfish, needy, or wrong—keeps us small and disconnected. The antidote to shame is empathic connection—sharing our story with someone who responds with compassion. Even self-empathy (offering compassion to ourselves) reduces shame’s power. Relevance: Venus-Chiron surfaces shame around desire—fear of being too much, wanting too much, needing too much. The shadow is letting shame dictate what we allow ourselves to want. The healing is to practice shame resilience through empathic self-connection.
Practice: The Shame Resilience Protocol:
Name the shame: “I feel ashamed about wanting ________.”
Challenge the shame story: “The message I learned was that wanting makes me ________. Is that actually true?”
Offer self-empathy: “It is human to want. My desires are not wrong—they are information about what matters to me.”
Share with a trusted person if possible, or write it in your journal as if speaking to a compassionate witness.
This process reduces shame’s isolation and restores the right to desire.
Shadow Journal Prompts:
- The Need I’ve Been Afraid to Name– Venus conjunct Chiron asks us to heal the wound around asking for what we need. What is one need, desire, or want I’ve been holding back—afraid it would be too much, rejected, or unimportant? If I felt safe enough to voice it, what would I say? What am I learning about why I’ve kept it silent?
- Where I Learned to Abandon Myself– Chiron in Aries reveals the origins of self-abandonment patterns. Think back to an early experience where you learned that your needs didn’t matter, that you had to shrink, or that taking up space didn’t feel safe. What did that younger self need that they didn’t receive? What would you want them to know now?
- The Wound I’m Ready to Name Aloud– Venus-Chiron brings clarity about old hurts—not to fix, but to acknowledge. What is one wound—relational, emotional, around worth or desire—that I’ve carried quietly, perhaps for years? If I gave it words today, not to solve it, just acknowledge it, what would those words be?
- What My Emotional Cup Actually Needs– The Cancer Moon square Venus highlights the gap between what we feel and what we think we should feel. Right now, honestly: What fills my emotional cup? What do I need in this moment, not what others expect—but what would truly fill and support me right now? Rest? Connection? Solitude? Validation? Permission? What fills my cup, so I feel nourished and ready?
- A Compassionate Letter to the Part of Me That’s Hurting– This transit asks us to tend to our own heart with gentleness. Write a short, tender letter to the part of you that’s feeling tender today—the part carrying old wounds, afraid to ask, exhausted from always giving and providing support to others. What does this wounded part need to hear from you? What reassurance, what permission, what love can you offer? Let it be simple and honest.

* Saturn (Aries) opening sextile Pluto (Aqua.)
Saturn Sextile Pluto — Building from the Rubble
Today, we are at a much slower milestone, for a cycle that began back in 2020—a year that asked all of us to witness the collapse of old structures, the pressure on institutions, and the collective transformation that none of us asked for but all of us lived through. Saturn in Aries forms its opening sextile to Pluto in Aquarius, marking the first “green light” in a new Saturn–Pluto storyline. The rebuilding phase has officially begun.
This is not a moment of crisis per se. It is a moment of opportunity—but one that requires effort, discipline, and long-term vision.
The Saturn–Pluto Cycle: A Longer Cycle of Structural Transformation
Saturn and Pluto only complete a full cycle roughly every 33 years. Their aspects unfold slowly, subtly, and on a scale that is often more collective than personal—unless they directly touch our natal planets. But even when their dance happens in the larger sky, we feel it. We live inside the structures they reshape.
- Saturn represents structure, discipline, systems, foundations, and long-term commitments.
- Pluto represents transformation, power, destruction, rebirth, and deep systemic change.
When these two planets interact, they reshape the frameworks we live within—politically, economically, socially, and psychologically. Their last conjunction in 2020 coincided with global shutdowns, institutional stress, and the collapse of outdated systems. Today’s opening sextile is the first moment where we begin to build something new from the rubble of what was dismantled. Based on the world politics at the moment, we can already see the reconfiguration taking place of a new world global order, that is currently rewriting history and setting the stage moving forward.
Saturn in Aries: Building New Identity Structures
Saturn in Aries is learning to build new foundations for identity, to commit to personal agency, to take responsibility for self-direction, to develop courage and stamina, and to stay dedicated even when results aren’t immediate. Aries wants speed; Saturn wants patience. This can create internal frustration, but it also creates strong resilience.
Saturn in Aries rewards those who keep showing up, even when progress feels slow. The biggest results tend to arrive near the end of Saturn’s transit—in this case, around 2028. What we build now is not for instant gratification. It is for the long haul.
Pluto in Aquarius: Collective Metamorphosis
Pluto in Aquarius is transforming governments and leadership structures, technology and AI, social systems and communities, economic models and currencies, and collective power dynamics. Pluto works like metamorphosis: slow, invisible, and total. It breaks down what is outdated so something more authentic and future-oriented can emerge in its place.
Think of the stages of a butterfly. First, an egg. Then a caterpillar, shedding many times before forming the chrysalis. Inside the chrysalis, the major metamorphosis occurs—the caterpillar dissolves into organic substance and reforms as something entirely new. Then it breaks free, and finally, it shows up as the butterfly.
We are in the chrysalis stage of this collective transformation. The dissolution is happening. The rebuilding is at the beginning stages.
The Opening Sextile: Effort-Based Opportunity
A sextile is not automatic. It requires participation. This aspect says:
- “If you do the work, the transformation will take root.”
- “If you commit to the new path, the old structures will fall away.”
- “If you take responsibility, empowerment follows.”
This is the first moment in the cycle where Saturn’s discipline and Pluto’s transformative power cooperate. They are not in conflict; they are in conversation. And that conversation is asking us to build intentionally, with awareness that what we create now will be hard to undo later.
Collective Implications
Astrologer Georgia Anna Stathis notes, in her book “Pushing Through Time”, that Saturn–Pluto aspects often correlate with:
- Changes in governments and leadership
- Restructuring of corporations and institutions
- Shifts in banking systems and currencies
- Economic pressure related to debt or mismanagement
- Long-term market or financial restructuring
These changes unfold over years, not days. Today’s sextile is the first step in a long process of rebuilding—one that will shape the collective landscape for decades to come.
Personal Implications
On a personal level, Saturn sextile Pluto is a period where:
- Discipline deepens
- Commitment to long-term goals strengthens
- Productivity becomes steady and grounded
- Distractions fall away
- Purpose becomes clearer
- Structured, deliberate change becomes possible
This is a time when you can reshape habits, systems, or patterns in ways that last. What you build now becomes hard to undo later—so intention matters. This is not about quick fixes. It’s about laying foundations that will support you for years to come.
The Meaning of This Moment
This opening sextile marks the shift from breakdown (2020) to re-building (2026). It is the first opportunity to create new structures—internally and externally—that align with the future we’re stepping into.
Saturn provides the discipline. Pluto provides the power. Together, they say: “If you commit to the work, you can transform your life from the foundation up.”
What This Feels Like: A quiet but steady sense that something is shifting beneath the surface. Not dramatic, but structural. The awareness that what you build now matters—not just for today, but for years to come. The feeling of being in the chrysalis: not yet the butterfly, but no longer the caterpillar. And the quiet resolve to keep showing up, even when progress feels slow and monotonous.
Healing Mantra:
“I am building from the foundation up. What I create now is meant to last. I commit to the slow, steady work of becoming. The chrysalis is not the end—it is preparation.”
The Saturn-Pluto Cycle
The Saturn–Pluto cycle reshapes the deepest structures of life—personally and collectively—by breaking down what’s outdated and rebuilding foundations that are stronger, more authentic, and built to last. Its purpose is to fuse discipline with transformation, helping you commit to long‑term change that alters your life at the root rather than the surface.
| Date | Phase | Significance |
|---|---|---|
| Jan 12, 2020 | Conjunction (Capricorn) | Cycle Begins: Global restructuring; institutional pressure; collapse of outdated systems. |
| Mar 28, 2026 | Opening Sextile (Aries/Aquarius) | First Opportunity: Rebuilding begins; discipline and transformation cooperate; effort-based growth. |
| Jun 24, 2028 | Opening Square (Taurus/Aquarius, Pluto Rx) | Challenge: Resources and values tested; deepening structural change. |
| Nov 15, 2028 | Opening Square (Taurus/Aquarius, Saturn Rx) | Deepening: Internal reflection on progress; recalibration. |
| Mar 29, 2029 | Opening Square (Taurus/Aquarius) | Culmination: Final test of new structures; integration. |
| Jun 11, 2031 | Opening Trine (Gemini/Aquarius, Pluto Rx) | Integration: New systems begin to stabilize; wisdom emerges. |
Healing Opportunities & Actionable Steps:
1. Building New Foundations from the Rubble
Aligned with Saturn sextile Pluto — the shift from breakdown to build-up.
- Positive Expression: Feeling the quiet shift towards something new. The rubble of what was dismantled in 2020 is now material you can use to build something new. You’re ready to lay foundations that will last.
- Shadow Expression: Staying stuck in the breakdown, still sifting through rubble without building. Mistaking the end of one structure for the end of possibility. Waiting for clarity that only comes through action.
- Actionable Step: Create a “Foundations Blueprint.” In your journal, draw a simple foundation outline. In each section, write one area of your life where you’re ready to build something new—identity, career, relationships, values, daily structure. Then for each, write one small, concrete action that lays a brick. Take one of those actions today. This transforms abstract rebuilding into tangible foundation-laying.
2. Committing to Long-Term Goals Without Needing Instant Results
Aligned with Saturn in Aries — patience meets courage.
- Positive Expression: Accepting that the biggest results won’t arrive today, next month, or even next year—but they will arrive if you keep showing up. Progress becomes about consistency, not intensity.
- Shadow Expression: Giving up when results aren’t immediate. Mistaking slow progress for no progress. Letting the Aries need for speed override Saturn’s requirement for patience.
- Actionable Step: Create a “Long-Term Commitment Tracker.” Choose one goal or area of growth you’re committing to for the long haul. Each day, check off that you showed up—even if the progress was tiny. At the end of each week, reflect: “I showed up X times this week. I am building something that will last.” This retrains your brain to value consistency over instant results.
3. Participating in Your Own Transformation
Aligned with Saturn sextile Pluto — effort-based opportunity.
- Positive Expression: Recognizing that transformation isn’t something that happens to you—it’s something you participate in. The door is open, but you have to walk through. Empowerment follows effort.
- Shadow Expression: Waiting for change to arrive passively. Treating transformation as something you deserve without the work. Feeling frustrated that the door is open but you’re not moving.
- Actionable Step: Identify one “Participation Point.” Ask yourself: “Where have I been waiting for change to happen to me? What is one small, conscious action I can take today to participate in my own transformation?” Take that action. Then journal: “I am not waiting for change. I am becoming it.”
4. Honoring the Chrysalis Stage
Aligned with Pluto in Aquarius — slow, invisible metamorphosis.
- Positive Expression: Accepting that you’re in the chrysalis—no longer who you were, not yet who you’re becoming. Trusting that the invisible work is real work. The dissolution is preparation; the rebuilding is beginning.
- Shadow Expression: Rushing to emerge before the transformation is complete. Trying to be the butterfly while still in the chrysalis. Mistaking the discomfort of becoming for something gone wrong.
- Actionable Step: Create a “Chrysalis Journal.” Each day this week, write one sentence about what’s shifting beneath the surface—even if it’s not visible yet. At the end of the week, read back and witness the invisible metamorphosis. Include this affirmation: “I am in the chrysalis. What’s happening beneath the surface is real. I trust the timing of my becoming.”
Psychology Fact:
Psychology Fact: “Neuroplasticity” & The Myelination of New Pathways
Neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to reorganize itself—occurs through Hebbian learning: “neurons that fire together, wire together.” But lasting change requires myelination, the insulation of neural pathways that makes them faster and more automatic. Myelination happens through repetition over time—not intensity, but consistency. This is why slow, steady practice builds skills that last, while cramming creates temporary gains that fade. The brain literally builds structure through patience. Relevance: Saturn rewards those who keep showing up, even when progress feels slow. The shadow is seeking intensity over consistency. The healing is to trust the myelination process—to value repetition over drama.
Practice: Create a Consistency Over Intensity:
1. Choose one small action aligned with your long-term goals.
2. Commit to doing it daily for 30 days—no more, no less. (each month do this check-in)
3. Track your consistency, not your results.
4. At the end of 30 days, reflect: “What felt impossible on day 1 is now automatic. My brain has built structure through patience.”
This honors Saturn’s requirement for slow, steady progress and demonstrates neuroplasticity in action.
Shadow Journal Prompts:
- What I’m Ready to Build from the Rubble– Saturn sextile Pluto marks the shift from breakdown to build-up. Looking back at what has collapsed, shifted, or been dismantled since 2020—in my life, my identity, my beliefs, my structures—what am I now ready to build from that rubble? What new foundation wants to be laid?
- Where Patience Is Being Asked of Me– Saturn in Aries asks us to slow down even when we want to sprint. In what area of my life do I feel the tension between wanting results now and knowing they’ll take time? What would it mean to trust the slow progress—to value consistency over intensity, showing up over instant outcomes?
- How I’m Participating in My Own Transformation– Saturn sextile Pluto requires effort—transformation is co-created. Where have I been waiting for change to happen to me instead of with me? What is one small, conscious action I can take today to participate in my own becoming? Not fix everything—just take one step.
- What the Chrysalis Is Teaching Me– Pluto in Aquarius works through slow, invisible metamorphosis. Right now, I am in the chrysalis—no longer who I was, not yet who I’m becoming. What is this in-between space teaching me about patience, trust, and the invisible work of transformation? What’s shifting beneath the surface that no one else can see?
- A Letter to Myself in 2028– Saturn in Aries rewards those who keep showing up—results arrive near the end. Write a brief letter to yourself two years from now, when Saturn’s transit through Aries is nearing completion. What do you hope the version of you who kept showing up—slowly, steadily, patiently—has built by then? What do you want them to remember about this foundation-laying phase?
