A Weekly Astrological Look Ahead with Soul-Work Journal Prompts, Healing Opportunities, as well as Actionable Steps to Work with the Energy.
Hey Soul Seekers,
I hope your weekend and the Gemini New Moon left you feeling curious, connected, or at least a little more open to possibility.
This week the Astrology for June 15th – 21st unfolds in layers—creative, emotional, and deeply transformative. It begins with Venus in Leo sextile Uranus in Gemini, bringing fun, flirtation, creative sparks, and a sense of playful exploration. Monday and Tuesday carry this light, electric energy, with Venus also trine Neptune in Aries—adding magic, inspiration, and a dreamy, romantic glow to how we create and connect. These are the days to follow the spark, to say yes to joy, and to let yourself be inspired before you’re ready.
Wednesday shifts. Venus in Leo opposes Pluto retrograde in Aquarius, bringing emotional intensity, depth, and a confrontation with the parts of us that fear being seen. This is not heavy for no reason—it’s a purge. A chance to release what holds you back from shining, from expressing, from taking up space with confidence. Venus has backup from the major planets, so the discomfort is purposeful. Let it move through you.
Then Friday marks a major turning point. Chiron—the wounded healer—leaves Aries and enters Taurus for the first time since 1977. If you have your natal Chiron in Taurus (as I do), this is your Chiron Return period—a profound chapter of healing, self-discovery, and personal transformation. I can already feel the massive shifts beginning. Chiron will only give us a preview in Taurus for a few months before retrograding back into Aries for its final stay, until 2068. But this short preview in Taurus matters. It’s showing us what the next long healing chapter will ask of us: to heal our relationship with worth, security, the body, and material stability. Chiron will move into Taurus fully April of 2027.
On Sunday, we experience the Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere—the longest day of the year—as the Sun enters Cancer. Shortly after, the Sun forms a sextile to Chiron, freshly in Taurus. This is a tender, grounding moment to nurture what matters, to tend to your inner garden, and to begin healing in new, more embodied ways. Pay attention to what comes up for you. It’s not random.
This week holds spark, shadow, and slow grounding. Let the creativity open you. Let the intensity clear you. Let the new healing settle into your bones. You’re not doing any of this wrong. You’re just becoming.
As a friendly reminder, with Saturn and Neptune in Aries, time may feel like it’s moving faster or scattered, so focus on joy, purpose, personal development, and what truly nourishes you. I’m writing a more streamlined format for a bit, as I balance a fuller workload; I appreciate your patience and support as I temporarily pause any new consultations to honor my current commitments. If you’d like to be put on a waiting list for a future consult, please email me and I will gladly add your name to the list. You will be notified first, when my schedule begins to open up.

Astrological Breakdown for the Week
The Astrology for June 15th – 21st
Welcome to a week that moves like a slow exhale—playful and electric at the start, deeply transformative in the middle, and grounding by the end. Monday brings Venus sextile Uranus: flirtatious, creative, and full of unexpected sparks. Joy becomes medicine. Tuesday’s Venus trine Neptune adds magic, romance, and creative flow—inspiration feels alive, and connection feels fated. But Wednesday asks us to go deeper: Venus opposes Pluto retrograde, stirring intensity around worth, visibility, and the courage to be seen. This is where transformation happens—not in spite of the discomfort, but because of it. Then Friday marks a major shift: Chiron enters Taurus, beginning a seven-year healing journey around self-worth, body, security, and the right to be supported. The fire of the past few years settles into the earth. The urgency softens into presence. Finally, Sunday is the Summer Solstice—the Sun enters Cancer, forming a sextile with Chiron in Taurus, inviting us to nurture what matters, tend to our inner garden, and build a life that feels safe, steady, and true. This is a week of spark and shadow, play and purpose.
Monday, June 15th: Venus (Leo) sextile Uranus (Gemini)
On Monday, Venus in Leo sextiles Uranus in Gemini—a playful, flirty, electric aspect that brings excitement, spontaneity, and fresh energy into our relationships, creativity, and self‑expression. Venus in Leo loves joy, pleasure, fun, and being fully alive. It wants to shine, to play, to flirt, to create, to express itself boldly and unapologetically. Uranus in Gemini adds a spark of surprise—new ideas, unexpected conversations, sudden invitations, or a shift in perspective that feels liberating. Together, this energy is light, bright, curious, and delightfully unpredictable.
Venus is still conjunct Jupiter, expanding the desire for pleasure, connection, and enjoyment. This amplifies the fun, the warmth, the generosity, and the sense of possibility. Venus is also trine Neptune in Aries, adding inspiration, magic, and a dream‑like quality to the day. Things can feel enchanted, romantic, creative, or spiritually aligned—like you’re living inside a moment that feels bigger than life.
But Venus is also opposite Pluto retrograde in Aquarius, which can intensify feelings, deepen experiences, or bring transformative interactions. This can be powerful in a good way—deep connection, emotional honesty, magnetic attraction—or it can feel overwhelming if insecurities surface. Pluto always brings depth, even when the rest of the chart feels light.
Venus is quincunx the North Node in Pisces, suggesting that growth is available through these experiences. Something about today can stretch you, open you, or move you closer to your purpose. It may feel subtle, but it’s meaningful.
Venus is also square Chiron in Aries—highlighting tender spots around identity, courage, and self‑expression. Chiron in Aries touches the wounds around “Who am I?” and “Do I get to take up space?” This square asks for trust. Trust in yourself. Trust in your voice. Trust in your right to be bold, expressive, and fully alive. Trust that you are worthy of joy, pleasure, and connection.
This is a day where fun and healing coexist. Where play opens the door to growth. Where joy becomes medicine.
What it feels like: Flirty. Playful. Inspired. Electrified. Like something new is opening. You may feel excited, curious, or creatively charged. You may also feel a tender edge—an insecurity or vulnerability that asks for compassion. But overall, the day feels alive, bright, and full of possibility.
Positive expressions: Creative breakthroughs. Fun social interactions. Flirtation. Playfulness. Trying something new. Feeling inspired. Feeling confident. Emotional or artistic renewal. A sense of freedom. A spark of joy that leads to growth.
Shadow expressions: Insecurity. Feeling exposed. Fear of being seen. Overthinking your worth. Emotional intensity that feels destabilizing. Wanting to hide when you actually want to shine. Doubting your right to pleasure or joy.
The invitation: Let yourself play. Let yourself shine. Let yourself try something new. Trust your worth. Trust your voice. Trust your right to experience joy. Venus and Uranus are opening a door to fun, creativity, and connection—and Venus’s other aspects remind you that joy is not frivolous. It’s healing. It’s growth. It’s part of your becoming.
Healing Opportunity & Actionable Step:
Letting Joy Be Medicine
Aligned with Venus sextile Uranus — playful, electric energy that opens doors to fun, creativity, and spontaneity.
Positive Expression: Creative breakthroughs, fun social interactions, feeling confident, trying something new, a spark of joy that leads to growth.
Shadow Expression: Insecurity, feeling exposed, fear of being seen, overthinking your worth, doubting your right to pleasure or joy.
Actionable Step: Do one “Joyful Spontaneous Act” today. Something small, playful, and slightly outside your routine—try a new coffee order, take a different walking route, send a silly voice note, dance for 60 seconds. No purpose other than the feeling of it. Afterward, journal: “I allowed myself joy without earning it. The feeling was ________.” Joy is not frivolous—it’s healing.
Tuesday, June 16th: Venus (Leo) trine Neptune (Aries)
On Tuesday, Venus in Leo forms a trine to Neptune in Aries—a luminous, imaginative, heart‑opening aspect that blends passion with inspiration, courage with creativity, and self‑expression with spiritual vision. Both Leo and Aries are fire signs, and fire wants movement, passion, and aliveness. Venus in Leo wants to be seen, celebrated, admired. It values pride, creativity, joy, and the freedom to express love boldly and generously. Neptune in Aries brings dreams, intuition, imagination, and spiritual longing into the realm of courage, initiative, and identity. It asks us to embody our dreams, not just imagine them. It dissolves old identities so we can explore new ways of being and new ways of personal self-expression.
This trine encourages us to act on inspiration—even without perfect clarity. It blends faith with fire, intuition with initiative, imagination with decisive action. Neptune in Aries softens rigid self‑concepts and invites us to trust ourselves enough to take brave steps toward our visions. But Neptune’s fluidity combined with Aries’ impulsiveness can also create confusion, over‑idealism, or misdirected action if we’re not grounded.
Creatively, this aspect is a gift. It heightens artistic expression, emotional sensitivity, and imaginative flow. Music, poetry, painting, dance, performance, storytelling—anything that channels emotion into form—feels amplified. The trine encourages playful exploration, intuitive creativity, and projects that reflect your personal vision. Collaboration is also favored, as inspiration flows easily between people.
In relationships, Venus trine Neptune brings warmth, generosity, and a magical, almost fated quality to interactions. Affection feels more expressive. Connections feel more meaningful. There is a softness, a romantic glow, a sense of possibility. Couples may explore shared dreams or spiritual experiences. New connections may feel destined or deeply inspiring.
Venus is ruled by the Sun in Gemini, so even while Venus is in Leo, it still wants to connect, socialize, learn, and be mentally stimulated. Venus is conjunct the Cancer Moon and still conjunct Jupiter in Cancer, giving emotional support, nourishment, and confidence. Venus opposite Pluto retrograde in Aquarius adds depth and intensity—this is not superficial energy. It’s transformative. It’s honest. It’s revealing.
Together, Venus, Neptune, and Pluto retrograde form a wedge formation. The opposition between Venus and Pluto creates inner tension—around worth, desire, vulnerability, or power dynamics. Neptune provides the release point through the trine and sextile, turning that tension into creative expression, spiritual insight, or emotional growth. This is a dynamic, growth‑oriented pattern that transforms inner conflict into self‑realization.
What it feels like: Magical. Inspired. Romantic. Creative. Like your heart is glowing from the inside out. You may feel more expressive, more imaginative, more open to connection. There’s a softness and a sparkle to the day, but also a depth that makes everything feel meaningful.
Positive expressions: Creative breakthroughs. Romantic warmth. Inspired action. Courage to express yourself. Spiritual insight. Emotional generosity. Artistic flow. Feeling seen and supported. Turning dreams into movement. Healing through creativity or connection.
Shadow expressions: Over‑idealism. Confusion. Projection. Acting impulsively on fantasy. Feeling overly sensitive. Avoiding reality. Getting swept up in intensity. Doubting your worth when insecurities surface.
The invitation: Let yourself be inspired. Let yourself create. Let yourself love boldly. Trust your intuition enough to take a step toward your vision. Use the magic of this trine to express yourself with courage and heart. Let the wedge formation guide you—turn inner tension into art, into truth, into growth. Venus in Leo wants you to shine. Neptune in Aries wants you to believe in your becoming. Let both guide you forward.
Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:
Creating Before You’re Ready
Aligned with Venus trine Neptune — luminous, imaginative energy that blends passion with inspiration.
Positive Expression: Creative breakthroughs, romantic warmth, inspired action, courage to express yourself, artistic flow, feeling seen and supported.
Shadow Expression: Over-idealism, confusion, projection, acting impulsively on fantasy, feeling overly sensitive, avoiding reality.
Actionable Step: Create One “Imperfect Expression.” Set a timer for 15 minutes. Write, draw, sing, dance, or make something—without judging, without planning, without asking if it’s “good.” Let inspiration move through you, not from you. When the timer ends, stop. Journal: “I created before I was ready. What surprised me was ________.” Inspiration doesn’t wait for perfection—it waits for willingness.
Wednesday, June 17th: Venus (Leo) opposite Pluto Rx (Aqua.)
On Wednesday, Venus in Leo opposes Pluto retrograde in Aquarius—a powerful, emotionally charged aspect that brings intensity, depth, and transformation to our relationships, creativity, and sense of self‑worth. This is fire (Leo) meeting air (Aquarius), creating expressive, dramatic, mentally activated energy. Venus in Leo wants to shine. It wants joy, play, pleasure, and the freedom to express itself boldly and unapologetically. It wants to be admired, celebrated, and seen for its unique brilliance. Aquarius represents what we bring to the collective—our originality, our contribution, our vision for the future. Pluto retrograde in Aquarius digs beneath the surface of that contribution, exposing the deeper psychological layers around how we show up in the world.
Venus is what we value—our self‑worth, our relationships, our money, our pleasure. Pluto is psychological depth, power, and transformation. When Pluto is retrograde, the work becomes internal. This opposition can bring up deep insecurities, fears, or internal conflicts around being seen, being valued, or expressing your authentic self. You may feel a push‑pull between wanting to shine brightly (Venus in Leo) and feeling exposed, vulnerable, or unsure of how your gifts will be received (Pluto in Aquarius).
Venus is conjunct the Leo Moon during this transit, amplifying emotions and intensifying the desire to express yourself. The Moon in Leo is dramatic, heartfelt, and expressive—it wants to feel special, appreciated, and emotionally connected. But with both the Moon and Venus ruled by the Sun in Gemini, this becomes highly mental and internal. Thoughts and emotions swirl together. You may overthink your feelings or feel mentally activated by emotional experiences. This can heighten self‑awareness, but it can also heighten self‑consciousness.
At the same time, Venus and the Moon are square Chiron in Aries. This square touches on wounds around identity, courage, and the right to take up space. Chiron in Aries is still working on our bravery wounds, our “I am” wounds, our fear of being too much or not enough. This square can make you feel insecure or unsure of yourself, especially around visibility, expression, or being seen for who you truly are. But it also asks you to grow. To trust yourself. To trust your voice. To trust your right to exist boldly.
This is a moment of deep internal transformation. A moment where you’re being asked to confront what holds you back from expressing your gifts, your creativity, your joy, and your authentic self. A moment where you’re being asked to grow.
What it feels like: Intense. Emotional. Confronting. Like something inside you is being pulled to the surface. You may feel expressive one moment and deeply insecure the next. You may feel the urge to shine but also the fear of being seen. There is a sense of internal pressure—an invitation to transform.
Positive expressions: Deep self‑awareness. Emotional courage. Creative breakthroughs. Authentic self‑expression. Transformative insights. Reclaiming your power. Letting yourself be seen. Healing old insecurities. Stepping into your uniqueness with confidence.
Shadow expressions: Insecurity. Fear of judgment. Emotional intensity. Power struggles. Feeling exposed or vulnerable. Withdrawing when you want to express yourself. Overthinking your worth. Feeling self-conscious, misunderstood, or unseen.
The invitation: Let yourself grow. Let yourself transform. Let yourself confront the fears that keep you small. Venus in Leo wants you to shine. Pluto retrograde in Aquarius wants you to shed the layers that dim your light. Chiron in Aries asks you to trust your identity and your courage. This is a moment to step into your authenticity—not perfectly, but bravely. Let yourself be seen. Let yourself be real. Let yourself evolve.
Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:
Letting Yourself Be Seen (Even When It’s Uncomfortable)
Aligned with Venus opposite Pluto Rx — intensity, depth, and transformation around worth and visibility.
Positive Expression: Deep self-awareness, emotional courage, authentic self-expression, reclaiming your power, letting yourself be seen.
Shadow Expression: Insecurity, fear of judgment, emotional intensity, power struggles, feeling exposed or vulnerable, withdrawing when you want to express yourself.
Actionable Step: Do a “Visibility” Practice: Write down one thing you’re afraid to share about yourself—not with the world, just on paper. Read it aloud to yourself. Then say: “I see this part of me. I am not ashamed of it. I am learning to let myself be seen.” If you feel brave, share it with one trusted person. Visibility is not about performance—it’s about letting your authentic self take up space, one small revelation at a time.
Friday, June 19th: Chiron Enters Taurus
On Friday, Chiron—the wounded healer—moves into the sign of Taurus, marking a major shift in our collective healing focus. Chiron has been in Aries since 2018, working on the wounds of identity, courage, and self‑assertion. For the last several years, we’ve been healing the fear of taking up space, the fear of being “too much,” the fear of being seen, and the fear of being ourselves. Chiron in Aries has pushed us to reclaim bravery, rebuild confidence, and rediscover the truth of who we are. It has been fiery, raw, activating, and deeply personal.
Now, as Chiron enters Taurus, we move into a new territory of healing—one that is slower, deeper, more embodied, and more connected to our sense of worth and security. Taurus shifts the focus from Who am I? to What am I worth? From Do I have the courage to exist? to Do I feel safe existing as myself? From I must fight to be here to I deserve to be supported here.
Chiron enters Taurus on June 19, 2026, stays until September 17, 2026, retrogrades back into Aries for its final closure, and then re‑enters Taurus on April 14, 2027, where it will remain until July 19, 2033. This is the beginning of a long, grounding, somatic healing cycle—one that asks us to reconnect with our bodies, our values, our resources, and our sense of stability.
Chiron in Taurus brings awareness to wounds around security, money, the body (such as body image), nourishment, and the material world. It asks us to heal scarcity fears, body‑based trauma, and the belief that we must earn our worth. It invites us to build a life that feels safe, steady, and aligned with what we truly value.
What it feels like: Like the fire is settling into the earth. Like the urgency is softening into presence. You may feel tender, grounded, or aware of old insecurities around money, safety, or the body rising to the surface. This is not regression—it’s the beginning of a new healing chapter. A slower one. A deeper one. A more embodied one.
Positive expressions: Healing self‑worth. Building sustainable security. Reconnecting with the body. Developing healthier relationships with money and resources (including food). Creating stability from the inside out. Valuing yourself more deeply. Cultivating abundance and trust. Feeling more grounded and supported.
Shadow expressions: Scarcity fears. Body insecurity. Over‑attachment to possessions. Fear of change. Avoidance of financial responsibility. Feeling unworthy of comfort or abundance. Emotional rigidity. Feeling disconnected from the body or from the earth.
The invitation: Let the fire settle. Let the earth hold you. Slow down. Ground yourself. Listen to your body. Heal your relationship with food, worth, money, and security. Let yourself receive. Let yourself be supported. Let yourself build a life that feels stable, nourishing, and aligned with your values. Chiron in Taurus is here to help you transform your deepest wounds around safety and worth into your greatest strengths.
Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:
Beginning a New Chapter of Worth and Security
Aligned with Chiron entering Taurus — a major shift in healing from identity wounds to worth and embodiment.
Positive Expression: Healing self-worth, building sustainable security, reconnecting with the body, creating stability from the inside out, feeling more grounded and supported.
Shadow Expression: Scarcity fears, body insecurity, fear of change, feeling unworthy of comfort or abundance, feeling disconnected from the body.
Actionable Step: Create a “Worth & Grounding” practice. Today, do one thing that honors your body (stretch, rest, nourishing meal) and one thing that honors your sense of security (review a bill, save a small amount, organize a space). Journal: “I am beginning a new chapter of healing around worth. Today I honored my body by ________ and my security by ________.” Chiron in Taurus asks you to build—slowly, steadily, from the ground up.
Sunday, June 21st: Sun Enters Cancer; Sun (Cancer) sextile Chiron (Taurus)
On Sunday, the Sun enters Cancer, marking the Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere—and at the same time, the Sun in Cancer forms a sextile to Chiron in Taurus. This is a powerful seasonal and energetic shift. The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, the moment when the Sun reaches its highest point in the sky. Symbolically, it represents illumination, vitality, and the turning of a new chapter. When the Sun moves into Cancer, it becomes ruled by the Moon, softening the solar expression and bringing us into a more emotional, intuitive, and nurturing space.
During this ingress, the Sun squares the Moon in Virgo which creates tension between what we feel (Moon) and what we’re trying to express or begin (Sun), the Sun semi‑sextiles Jupiter in Cancer which gently expands our emotional world, offering subtle support or encouragement, the Sun squares Neptune in Aries brings sensitivity, fogginess, or a dreamy quality that can blur clarity, the Sun trines the North Node in Pisces which opens intuitive pathways and aligns us with our soul‑growth direction, and the Sun sextiles Chiron in Taurus which supports healing around safety, security, and self‑worth. Together, these aspects describe a Solstice moment that is emotionally rich, intuitive, healing, and slightly tender—inviting us to begin a new season with both awareness and softness. Cancer is a cardinal sign—initiating, protective, and deeply feeling. It marks the beginning of summer, a new emotional season, and ultimately a shift toward tending, nourishing, and caring for what matters most.
The Sun sextile Chiron in Taurus highlights healing around safety, security, and self‑worth. Taurus and Cancer together create a stabilizing, nurturing blend—earth and water, the growers of the zodiac. I often think of plants and seeds: earth provides structure, water provides nourishment. Together, they create life. This transit invites us to tend to our inner garden, to heal what makes us feel safe, supported, and grounded.
The Sun square Neptune in Aries can bring a haze or a sense of emotional sensitivity, while the trine to the North Node in Pisces opens intuitive pathways and spiritual direction. The Moon in Virgo adds practicality, reminding us that emotional growth also requires discernment, routine, and grounded choices.
This Solstice moment is a threshold—one that blends illumination with healing, intuition with embodiment, and emotional beginnings with the desire for stability.
What it feels like: Soft, intuitive, tender, and grounding. Like stepping into a new emotional season with both awareness and vulnerability. You may feel the desire to nurture yourself, to create safety, or to reconnect with what feels meaningful. There is a sense of inner illumination—gentle but clear.
Positive expressions: Emotional healing. Feeling grounded and supported. Reconnecting with intuition. Strengthening inner security. Nurturing yourself and others. Beginning a new emotional chapter. Feeling guided toward growth. Creating stability through care.
Shadow expressions: Emotional overwhelm. Sensitivity. Confusion around boundaries. Feeling ungrounded. Over‑caretaking. Avoiding your own needs. Doubting your sense of safety or belonging.
The invitation: Nurture what matters. Tend to your inner world. Let the Solstice light illuminate what needs care. Let Cancer soften you and Taurus steady you. This is a moment to heal what makes you feel safe, supported, and rooted. Water your soil. Feed your foundation. Grow something meaningful from the inside out.
Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:
Nurturing What Matters Most
Aligned with Sun entering Cancer (Summer Solstice) and Sun sextile Chiron — emotional nurturing meets grounded healing.
Positive Expression: Emotional healing, feeling grounded and supported, reconnecting with intuition, strengthening inner security, nurturing yourself and others.
Shadow Expression: Emotional overwhelm, sensitivity, confusion around boundaries, over-caretaking, avoiding your own needs.
Actionable Step: Practice a “Solstice Nurturing”. Light a candle. Journal: “What needs my care right now—in my inner world, my relationships, my environment? What is one small way I can nurture that today?” Then do that one thing—no explanation, no apology. Water your soil. Feed your foundation. The Solstice is a turning point. Let it turn you toward what matters.
Healing Mantra for the Week:
“I play without apology. I transform without fear. I ground into my worth. I nurture what matters. I am becoming, season by season.”
Psychology Fact:
Self-Worth Contingency & The Shift from External to Internal Validation
Self-worth contingency refers to the domains (appearance, achievement, approval) on which we base our sense of worth. Research shows that individuals with externally contingent self-worth (dependent on achievement, approval, or comparison) experience greater anxiety, shame, and instability than those with internally anchored self-worth (based on inherent value, core values, or self-compassion). The good news: self-worth can be re-anchored through deliberate practice of internal validation. Chiron in Taurus invites this shift—from “What I do” to “Who I am.” Relevance: Chiron in Taurus begins a healing journey around self-worth and security. The shadow is seeking external validation. The healing is to practice internal anchoring—to affirm worth without external proof.
Practice: Create a “Worth Re-anchoring” practice. Each day this week, complete: “Today, my worth is not determined by ________ (external factor). My worth is anchored in ________ (internal truth).” Example: “Today, my worth is not determined by how productive I am. My worth is anchored in the simple fact that I exist.” Read aloud. This practice gradually shifts the neural basis of self-worth from external contingency to internal stability.
Shadow Journal Prompts: (for the whole week)
- What Would I Do If I Gave Myself Permission to Play? Venus-Uranus brings spontaneous, joyful, electric energy—joy as medicine.
Think of something you used to do just for the fun of it—before it had to be productive, before anyone was watching, before you talked yourself out of it. When did you stop? What would it feel like to try it again, not to be good at it, just to feel alive? What’s one small, playful thing you can do today with no purpose other than the joy of doing it? - The Vision I’m Afraid to Trust—Venus-Neptune blends courage with imagination—acting on inspiration before it’s fully clear.
What is one dream or creative impulse you’ve been holding at arm’s length, waiting until you feel “ready” or until the path is clearer? What if readiness isn’t a feeling—it’s a choice? What would it look like to take one small, imperfect step toward that vision today, not because you’re sure, but because you’re curious? What might you discover by starting before you’re ready? - The Part of Me I’m Afraid to Show—Venus-Pluto brings intensity around visibility, worth, and authentic self-expression.
What is one thing about yourself—a desire, a wound, a truth, a quirk, an opinion—that you tend to hide because you’re afraid of how it will be received? Not because it’s wrong, but because you’ve learned that being fully seen feels unsafe. What would it take to let that part of you take up a little more space today—not with everyone, just with yourself? What might shift if you stopped protecting it and started accepting it? - The Story I’ve Been Told About My Worth—Chiron in Taurus begins a seven-year healing journey around self-worth, security, and embodiment.
What messages did you receive growing up about money, about your body, about what you deserve? Not just what people said—what did you absorb from watching, from the atmosphere, from what wasn’t said? Which of those messages are you still carrying, and which are you ready to set down? Not because you’ve “fixed” them, but because you’re tired of carrying what was never yours to hold. What would it feel like to believe, even for a moment, that you are worthy of safety, support, and abundance—not because you’ve earned it, but because you exist? - What Needs My Care Right Now? The Summer Solstice and Sun-Chiron sextile invite us to nurture what matters—ourselves, our roots, our inner garden.
In what area of your life have you been running on empty—giving, doing, holding together—without pausing to ask what you actually need? Not what would be productive, not what would impress anyone—what would actually nourish you? What is one small, tender thing you can offer yourself today, not as a reward for earning it, but as a baseline? Water your soil. Feed your foundation. You are allowed to take up space in your own life.
HAVE THE BEST WEEK AHEAD!
