A Weekly Astrological Look Ahead with Soul-Work Journal Prompts, Healing Opportunities, as well as Actionable Steps to Work with the Energy.
Hey Soul Seekers,
The astrology for September 7th–13th is easily the most dynamic week of the month—packed with shifts, sign changes, and formations that are already stirring the air around us. While this energy won’t carry the same raw intensity as eclipse season, however things are still shifting.
Mercury is the major player this week—and I mean major. It’s the ruler of the Virgo New Moon, but it’s also at the center of two powerful astrological formations: a fated YOD and a Kite formation involving Uranus Rx, Neptune Rx, and Pluto Rx. That means a lot of information is coming at us all at once—through conversations, synchronicities, downloads, and subtle nudges. Our minds may feel overloaded as we try to process, discern, and reorganize everything landing in our awareness. Add to that Uranus stationing retrograde in Gemini, and restlessness or mental anxiety can easily creep in.
This week officially closes the eclipse corridor with the Virgo New Moon—a grounded, earthy reset that helps us organize and begin anew. We can still feel the ripple effects of what was set in motion during the Solar Eclipse for months to come. It just won’t feel as loud or as urgent.
On Wednesday, Venus makes a Mystic Rectangle with Chiron Rx and the Nodes, bringing relational wounds and healing into focus. The next day, Venus enters Scorpio—where she will retrograde in October—and Mercury enters Libra. Uranus stations retrograde in Gemini, and the Virgo New Moon perfects. That’s a lot of moving parts for one day. A lot of information being handed to us all at once. And Mercury is navigating it all, trying to keep the kite tethered, while receiving input from every direction.
Here’s what I want you to remember: you don’t have to act on any of this right away. You don’t need to have all the answers today. Let the information land. Let it settle. Process it slowly. This is a New Moon phase—there’s no urgency to decide. Once the crescent Moon appears on September 14th, you’ll have more clarity about what you want to organize, refine, or grow.
For now, stay open. Stay grounded. And trust that the clarity will come when it’s time.
A Reminder
A friendly reminder, with Saturn and Neptune moving through Aries, time may feel fast, scattered, or hard to wrangle. Let joy, purpose, personal development, and what truly nourishes you, be your compass. These are the anchors that keep you grounded while everything else accelerates.
I’ll be opening my schedule for consults soon. I’ll begin with those that are on the waitlist, first taking members, then move to the non‑members on the waitlist. Astrological Breakdown for the Week
The Astrology for September 7th – 13th
The most energetically charged week, of September arrives with pivots, shifts, changes, and unmistakable new beginnings. It’s a week crackling with intensity, insight, and the kind of relational and mental breakthroughs that reshape how you see yourself and the people around you.
Wednesday opens with a Mystic Rectangle involving Venus, Chiron, and the Nodes — a circuit of relational healing that brings old wounds around worth, safety, and belonging to the surface while gently guiding you toward more authentic, community‑rooted connection.
Thursday is one of the most energetically complex days of the month. Venus enters Scorpio, Mercury enters Libra, Venus opposes Chiron, Uranus stations retrograde, and the Virgo New Moon officially closes eclipse season. This New Moon arrives with two major configurations that amplify its significance:
- A Kite formation with Mercury in Libra, Uranus retrograde in Gemini, Pluto retrograde in Aquarius, and Neptune retrograde in Aries. This creates a powerful channel of information, insight, and intuitive downloads — breakthroughs around identity, purpose, communication, and self‑worth that can feel liberating yet mentally overwhelming.
- A doubly fated Yod formation with Mercury at the apex (top) — and Mercury is the ruler of this New Moon. The Yod involves Chiron retrograde in Taurus and the North Node in Aquarius, demanding adjustment, perspective shifts, and deep mental flexibility. This is a moment of karmic refinement, where old beliefs, wounds, and patterns around service, value, and self‑expression rise to be healed.
Together, these formations create a day where information is flying, intuition is heightened, and your mind is processing more than usual. You don’t need to react quickly — clarity comes from patience, not urgency.
Saturday thickens the mental and emotional atmosphere as Mercury trines Pluto and opposes Neptune, blending transformative conversations with intuitive insight, imagination, and the potential for profound realizations.
Sunday brings a liberating trine between Mercury and Uranus, encouraging honest, authentic communication over polite compliance and helping you break free from outdated mental patterns.
This is a week of relational depth, mental liberation, and meaningful new beginnings — a time when insight becomes action, and internal shifts begin to reshape your outer world.
Wednesday, September 9th: Venus (Libra) trine North Node (Aqua.)
On Wednesday, the sky is highly energetic, but the heart of today’s message centers on Venus in Libra trine the North Node in Aquarius, activating a Mystic Rectangle that blends tension with support, challenge with opportunity, and relational wounds with relational growth. A Mystic Rectangle forms when two oppositions (Challenges) are held together by trines and sextiles (opportunities and easy flow) — creating a circuit of energy that doesn’t trap us, but moves us toward integration.
The core opposition is Venus in Libra opposite Chiron retrograde in Taurus — the axis of relational harmony versus unresolved wounds, where our desire for balance meets the places where we still hurt. Venus in Libra wants harmony, partnership, balance, and connection. Chiron in Taurus holds the wound of self‑worth, safety, stability, and the fear of not being “enough.” This opposition can attract relationships that trigger insecurities around value, desirability, or emotional safety. It can also reveal where we compromise too much for peace, reopening the wound of feeling unseen, not appreciated or undervalued. Chiron retrograde makes this wound internal — a pattern learned overtime.
The second opposition is the North Node in Aquarius opposite the South Node in Leo — the soul’s evolutionary axis. The South Node in Leo is the comfort zone of performing, seeking recognition, leading from ego, and wanting to be special. The North Node in Aquarius is the destiny, our forward direction (our growth) of collaboration, community, friendship‑based love, and collective growth. Together with Venus–Chiron, this nodal axis shows how relational wounds are fueled by the Leo desire for applause and healed through Aquarian authenticity, equality, and shared purpose.
The trines and sextiles are the saving graces (the opportunity and ease) — it’s the “mystic” part of the rectangle. Venus trine the North Node aligns our relational gifts with our soul’s future. Love flows when connection is collaborative, community‑oriented, and not centered on performance. Our wounds don’t make us noble, but they do make us knowledgeable. When we’ve walked through something, we carry a kind of lived authority, a creative resourcefulness, and a depth of compassion that can’t be learned any other way. Helping others doesn’t just support them — it helps us metabolize our own story, integrate what we’ve lived, and transform the rawness of our experience into something meaningful. Chiron trine the South Node shows how our wound becomes our medicine — not because suffering is virtuous, but because lived experience gives us authority, creativity, and the ability to turn what once hurt into something tangible, supportive, and wise. Venus sextile the South Node gives us the opportunity in attracting recognition through charm and connection — not inherently bad, but something to use consciously. Chiron sextile the North Node shows that our wound is not an obstacle to our growth and destiny — it’s the bridge. Our authenticity, our quirks, our stubborness and our Taurean truth naturally attract the Aquarian tribe.
This Mystic Rectangle forms a circuit: we enter relationships that trigger our wound, we instinctively seek approval (Leo), we temporarily receive it (Venus sextile SN), but it feels hollow, so we pivot toward community and connecting (Aquarius), where authenticity heals the inner wound (Chiron sextile NN), and we return to relationships from a place of choice rather than need. This is relational evolution in real time.
What it feels like: Today feels relational, emotionally charged, and quietly transformative. You may feel pulled between wanting harmony and needing honesty. Old insecurities around worthiness, desirability, or emotional safety may surface — not to hurt you, but to be healed. There’s a sense of being nudged toward deeper connection, but with support available if you’re willing to lean into vulnerability. You may feel reflective about your relationships, your patterns, and how you show up in partnership or community. It’s a day where relational dynamics feel karmic, purposeful, and ripe for growth.
Positive expressions: This energy supports collaboration, relational growth, emotional honesty, and working together toward shared goals. Venus in Libra helps you connect with grace, fairness, and reciprocity. The North Node in Aquarius encourages collective growth, teamwork, and authentic connection. Chiron’s involvement helps you heal relational wounds and open to deeper intimacy. The trines and sextiles help you integrate individuality with partnership, creating a balanced flow between self and other. This is a day where relational insight can lead to meaningful breakthroughs.
Shadow expressions: The shadow may show up as fear of vulnerability, idealizing relationships, or wanting to control outcomes. Venus opposite Chiron can trigger old wounds around rejection, abandonment, or not feeling valued. The South Node in Leo can amplify pride, ego, or the desire to be the center of the relationship dynamic. Aquarius can detach or intellectualize feelings. The shadow is expecting connection to follow a script, avoiding conflict to “keep the peace,” or using community work to seek validation rather than authentic belonging.
The invitation: Let yourself trust the process of connection. Let others play their part. Allow collaboration to deepen your relationships rather than threaten your individuality. Speak your truth even when it disrupts harmony — that’s where healing happens. Venus is asking you to open your heart; the Nodes are asking you to grow through partnership and community; Chiron is asking you to heal the part of you that fears being seen or supported. This Mystic Rectangle offers both challenge and support — an opportunity to integrate your needs with the needs of others and to build relationships that feel balanced, reciprocal, and aligned with your growth. You don’t have to choose between being loved and being free. You are learning how to be free with others — and that’s where real intimacy begins.
Healing Opportunity & Actionable Step:
Healing Relational Wounds Through Authentic Connection
Aligned with Venus opposite Chiron (wounds around worth and safety) and North Node in Aquarius (growth through authentic community).
Positive Expression: Collaboration, relational growth, emotional honesty, working together toward shared goals. Connecting with grace, fairness, and reciprocity. Healing relational wounds and opening to deeper intimacy. Integrating individuality with partnership.
Shadow Expression: Fear of vulnerability, idealizing relationships, wanting to control outcomes. Old wounds around rejection, abandonment, or not feeling valued. Avoiding conflict to “keep the peace.” Detaching or intellectualizing feelings.
Actionable Step: Journal: Where have I been seeking approval or performing in relationships instead of showing up authentically? What would it look like to let myself be seen—without needing to impress or please? How can I bring more honesty into a connection that feels out of balance? Then, take one small step toward authentic connection—share a truth, ask for what you need, or simply let someone see a real part of you. You don’t have to choose between being loved and being free. You’re learning how to be free with others—and that’s where real intimacy begins.
Thursday, September 10th: Venus Enters Scorpio; Mercury Enters Libra; Venus opposite Chiron Rx; Uranus Stations Rx; Virgo New Moon
Thursday is one of the most energetically complex days of the month — a day of multiple shifts, activations, and beginnings all happening at once. Venus enters Scorpio, Mercury enters Libra, Venus immediately opposes Chiron retrograde in Taurus, Uranus stations retrograde in Gemini, and we have a Virgo New Moon closing eclipse season and opening a new lunar cycle.
Venus entering Scorpio begins a long emotional and relational review, because she will retrograde in Scorpio before moving back into Libra. Venus will travel the first 8° of Scorpio three separate times — once now in her pre‑retrograde shadow, once while she is retrograde, and once again after she goes direct. Scorpio is a sign of intensity, passion, psychological depth, and emotional truth. Venus in Scorpio seeks soul‑level intimacy, loyalty, vulnerability, and transformative connection. She wants depth, not superficiality. But Scorpio’s shadow can bring jealousy, fear of betrayal, possessiveness, or emotional extremes. This is where we begin the deep work of understanding how we connect, how we trust, how we merge, and how we instinctively protect ourselves. Venus will not clear her shadow until December 15th, so what arises between now and then is part of a longer relational story we are meant to go back over.
Mercury enters Libra, just as Venus leaves, shifting our mental focus toward balance, fairness, harmony, and diplomacy. Mercury in Libra helps us think in a refined, relational way — weighing all sides, seeking common ground, and communicating with grace. This transit supports negotiation, partnership conversations, creative collaboration, and thoughtful decision‑making. But the shadow can bring indecision, over‑analysis, or avoiding necessary truths to maintain peace. Mercury will eventually join Venus in Scorpio later this fall, and both planets will retrograde there — meaning our mind (Mercury) and our values/relationships (Venus) will be working together in tandem, for a bigger deep psychological review.
Venus in Scorpio immediately opposes Chiron retrograde in Taurus, creating a powerful emotional mirror. Venus in Scorpio stirs deep desires, fears, and vulnerabilities in relationships. Chiron in Taurus holds wounds around self‑worth, safety, trust, and emotional security. This opposition can bring old relational wounds to the surface — fears of abandonment, fears of not being enough, fears of losing what we value. Partners or close connections may act as mirrors, revealing both our strengths and our hidden insecurities. This is meant to break us open and help to heal these insecurities at the root. This transit will happen 3 different times, (now in Venus’ shadow, then when Venus is Rx, then again when Venus is in post shadow), so this is a 3-part story that we will be working with over the next several months. Venus rules Taurus, so she understands what Chiron needs — comfort, stability, nourishment, and emotional grounding. Venus’ retrograde cycle will give us multiple opportunities to understand and integrate this internal wound.
Uranus stations retrograde in Gemini, beginning a five‑month internal revolution around communication, information, connection, and adaptability. Uranus retrograde in Gemini rewires how we think, speak, learn, and connect — especially as Mercury (Gemini’s ruler) will also retrograde later this fall. This is a period of rethinking communication patterns, digital, social boundaries or dynamics, and how we exchange ideas. Uranus retrograde can feel chaotic or mentally restless for a few days before and after stationing, so today’s energy may feel scattered or unpredictable.
Last but not least, we have the Virgo New Moon — the official end of eclipse season and the beginning of a fresh lunar cycle. Even though this is a new beginning, the day can still feel intense because Uranus has just stationed retrograde, and the days surrounding a Uranus station often feel chaotic, restless, or mentally overstimulated. The gift of Virgo, however, is its ability to organize, sort, and bring order to whatever feels messy or overwhelming.
This New Moon isn’t making many aspects. As always, the Sun and Moon are conjunct, and they form a sextile to Mars in Cancer — supportive energy for taking action on something emotionally meaningful or working through something that feels tender or difficult. Mars is also in a square to Saturn retrograde in Aries, so the motivation may come with sensitivity or it may require effort, but it can also provide direction.
The New Moon is ruled by Mercury, who entered Libra just hours earlier. Our mindset is focused on reciprocity, balance, harmony, and fairness. Mercury is also heavily activated: it sits at the apex (top) of a Yod with Chiron retrograde in Taurus and the North Node in Aquarius — a doubly fated configuration requiring adjustment, perspective shifts, and mental flexibility. Mercury is simultaneously part of a Kite formation with Uranus retrograde in Gemini and Pluto retrograde in Aquarius (the Air trine), while opposing Neptune retrograde in Aries. Neptune forms the minor trine at the top, sextile both Uranus and Pluto. A Kite formation is often seen as a symbol of soaring potential — a pattern that lifts us toward higher achievement, insight, and possibility. The planet at the top of the kite acts as the peak or focal point, directing the flow of energy and highlighting the area of life where we can rise, excel, or gain perspective. In this configuration, Mercury sits at the bottom of the kite, functioning as the grounding point — the anchor that tries to translate all the intuitive, visionary, and transformative energy into something practical, understandable, and usable. While the apex planet shows where we can soar (which is Neptune Rx, that gives us visionary ideas and actions), Mercury shows how we make sense of it, integrate it, and bring it down to earth in a way that supports real‑world change. This is the balance of the kite: the height of potential, and the grounded clarity that makes that potential meaningful.
This means Mercury is receiving a lot of information — insights, visions, downloads, intuitive nudges — but because Uranus has just stationed retrograde, it can feel chaotic, overwhelming, or disorienting. Discernment may be difficult due to the opposition to Neptune Rx as well as all the information coming at all angles. We may feel torn, mentally scattered, or unsure which thoughts are helpful, and which ones are just adding to the noise. Mercury in Libra wants to see all sides, so decision-making may feel slow or nonlinear. That’s okay. We don’t need to react or rush. We can take our time. To assess and weigh things that are important and need immediate answers vs those that are not requiring our immediate attention. We can feel out the options before saying “yes.” Even if clarity feels delayed, intuition is heightened. The New Moon invites us to organize what feels chaotic, refine what needs attention, and begin a new cycle with intention — even if the path forward is still taking shape. It is a New Moon after all, so things might not be as clear until the crescent moon following after the New Moon on the 14th.
What it feels like: Today feels intense, emotionally charged, mentally active, and spiritually significant. You may feel pulled in multiple directions — part of you craving depth and intimacy (Venus in Scorpio), part of you seeking harmony and balance (Mercury in Libra), part of you confronting old wounds (Venus opposite Chiron), part of you feeling mentally restless or overstimulated (Uranus stationing), and part of you wanting to start fresh with clarity and order (Virgo New Moon). It’s a day where insights come quickly, emotions run deep, and the desire to understand yourself and your relationships becomes strong. You may feel disoriented or overwhelmed, but also aware that something important is shifting.
Positive expressions: This energy supports emotional honesty, relational transformation, psychological healing, and refined communication. Venus in Scorpio helps you deepen intimacy and understand your emotional truth. Mercury in Libra helps you communicate with grace and fairness. Venus opposite Chiron helps you heal self‑worth wounds through connection. Uranus retrograde helps you rethink communication patterns and innovate your mental landscape. The Virgo New Moon helps you organize, refine, and begin a new cycle with clarity. The Yod and Kite formations help you integrate intuition, insight, and purpose.
Shadow expressions: The shadow may show up as emotional intensity, fear of vulnerability, jealousy, possessiveness, or old relational wounds resurfacing. Mercury in Libra can bring indecision or avoidance. Uranus retrograde can create mental chaos, restlessness, or overwhelm. The New Moon can feel pressured or confusing due to Uranus’s station. The Yod can create tension around needing to pivot but not knowing how. The Kite can amplify intuition but blur clarity. The shadow is reacting impulsively, forcing decisions, or trying to control outcomes rather than letting the process unfold.
The invitation: Let yourself feel without forcing clarity. Let Venus guide you into deeper emotional truth. Let Mercury help you communicate with balance and grace. Let Chiron show you where healing is needed. Let Uranus shake loose outdated mental patterns. Let the Virgo New Moon help you organize what feels chaotic. You don’t need to make big decisions today — you need to listen, observe, and allow insights to land. This is a day of transformation, recalibration, and emotional depth. Trust the process. Trust the timing. Trust what is being revealed. You are entering a new relational and psychological chapter — one that will unfold slowly, honestly, and with profound meaning.
Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:
Closing Eclipse Season with Grounded Intention
Aligned with Virgo New Moon — closing eclipse season, opening a new lunar cycle of refinement and grounded growth.
Positive Expression: Organizing, refining, and beginning a new cycle with clarity. Emotional motivation to start something meaningful. Communicating with balance and grace.
Shadow Expression: Feeling pressured, confused, or overwhelmed by the intensity of the day. Reacting impulsively or forcing decisions. Overthinking instead of grounding.
Actionable Step: Set a Virgo New Moon Intention. Journal: “What am I ready to organize, refine, or begin anew? What small, practical step can I take today to ground this intention?” Then, take that one step—even if it’s tiny. The Virgo New Moon helps you bring order to chaos. Let it be the beginning of something meaningful.
Saturday, September 12th: Mercury trine Pluto Rx; Mercury opposite Neptune Rx
On Saturday, Mercury in Libra makes two outer planet aspects: a trine to Pluto retrograde in Aquarius and an opposition to Neptune retrograde in Aries. Mercury is sitting with the Libra Moon, so both our thoughts and our conversations are colored by a need for emotional balance, fairness, and relational harmony.
As Mercury trines Pluto retrograde, we may find ourselves entering deeper conversations — the kind that feel mentally stimulating, emotionally and psychologically revealing, or creatively collaborative. This is an air trine, so ideas flow easily, insights come naturally, and connecting with others can feel transformative. Pluto in Aquarius brings a future‑focused, collective lens to our thinking, helping us see beyond the surface and into the deeper meaning of our interactions.
At the same time, Mercury in Libra is in a direct opposition to Neptune retrograde in Aries. This can heighten imagination, intuition, and idealism — especially around collaboration, creativity, or relationship dynamics. We may envision how conversations should or will go or how partnerships could unfold. Neptune’s influence can inspire creative projects, spiritual insight, or artistic expression, but it can also blur clarity or create unrealistic expectations. Mercury governs our thoughts, ideas, and communication; in Libra, it emphasizes connection, partnership, and relational dialogue. Pluto and Neptune are transpersonal planets, so anytime they touch Mercury, they bring transformative, visionary, or deeply intuitive opportunities.
Neptune in Aries encourages bravery in pursuing creative visions or intuitive impulses. Pluto in Aquarius encourages deep transformation through shared ideas, group involvement, or social collective spaces. Both Libra and Aquarius are social air signs, so sharing thoughts with others can be powerful — not just for us, but for the people we’re connecting with. And Mercury is still part of the Kite formation that was activated during the Virgo New Moon, and with the Libra Moon now lighting up that same energy emotionally and mentally. Our ideas can really take flight. This can make conversations feel charged, intuitive, and meaningful.
What it feels like: Today feels mentally rich, emotionally sensitive, and creatively inspired. You may feel pulled between deep, transformative conversations (Pluto) and imaginative, idealistic visions (Neptune). There’s a desire to connect, collaborate, and share ideas — but also a need to stay grounded so you don’t drift into fantasy or projection. The Libra Moon adds emotional diplomacy, helping you navigate conversations with grace. You may feel torn between what feels true and what feels ideal, but both perspectives have value.
Positive expressions: This energy supports deep conversations, creative collaboration, intuitive insight, and transformative connection. Mercury trine Pluto helps you access clarity, depth, and meaningful dialogue. Mercury opposite Neptune enhances imagination, artistic expression, and spiritual awareness. The Libra Moon helps you communicate with balance and emotional intelligence. This is a beautiful day for creative projects, heartfelt conversations, and sharing ideas that feel aligned with your future.
Shadow expressions: The shadow may show up as idealizing conversations or relationships, projecting fantasies onto others, or losing clarity in communication. Neptune can blur boundaries or create confusion. Pluto can intensify emotions or make conversations feel heavier than intended. Libra can avoid conflict or over‑accommodate. The shadow is expecting collaboration to follow a perfect script or becoming overwhelmed by mixed signals.
The invitation: Let yourself connect deeply — but stay grounded. Share your ideas, collaborate creatively, and allow conversations to open new doors. Use Pluto’s depth to explore meaningful topics, and Neptune’s imagination to inspire possibility. But remember to check in with reality, clarify your perceptions, and avoid rushing into decisions. The Libra Moon helps you stay balanced; Mercury helps you stay thoughtful. This is a day where your mind and intuition work together — offering insight, creativity, and connection that can be truly transformative.
Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:
Navigating Deep Conversations with Clarity and Grace
Aligned with Mercury trine Pluto (transformative conversations) and Mercury opposite Neptune (inspired but potentially blurry communication).
Positive Expression: Deep conversations, creative collaboration, intuitive insight, transformative connection. Accessing clarity, depth, and meaningful dialogue. Enhancing imagination, artistic expression, and spiritual awareness.
Shadow Expression: Idealizing conversations or relationships, projecting fantasies onto others, losing clarity in communication. Blurred boundaries or confusion. Intensified emotions or avoiding conflict.
Actionable Step: Practice Grounded Connection. Before entering a meaningful conversation today, pause. Ask yourself: “What is my intention here? What do I hope to communicate—and am I open to what I might hear?” Speak with depth and honesty, but stay grounded. If you feel yourself drifting into fantasy or projection, breathe and return to what’s real. This is a day where your mind and intuition work together—offering insight, creativity, and connection that can be truly transformative.
Sunday, September 13th: Mercury trine Uranus Rx
On Sunday, Mercury in Libra forms a trine to Uranus retrograde in Gemini. Uranus just stationed retrograde a few days ago, and because Mercury rules Gemini, these two planets are having a subtle but powerful conversation — one that centers on emotional and mental liberation, especially in how we communicate and connect with others. Mercury in Libra wants harmony, balance, reciprocity, and fairness. Uranus in Gemini wants freedom, authenticity, and unconventional truth. Together, they highlight where we’ve been people‑pleasing instead of genuinely participating. Compliance is not connection. Niceness is not always authenticity. This transit encourages us to break free from polite patterns that keep us silent or agreeable at the expense of our truth.
This can feel unnerving if we’re used to smoothing things over or prioritizing peace. But Uranus teaches liberation through honesty — the freedom that comes from voicing concerns, expressing needs, and participating fully rather than passively. Silence is not an option when Uranus is involved. Mercury in Libra helps us deliver truth ethically, gracefully, and diplomatically, but the message still needs to be spoken. This is a day to voice what matters, especially around issues of imbalance, inequality, or situations where someone feels powerless. Mercury in Libra sees the discrepancy; Uranus provides the insight and courage to speak on it.
What it feels like: Today feels mentally charged, emotionally clarifying, and slightly edgy. You may feel a pull between wanting harmony and needing to speak authenticity. There’s a sense of awakening — noticing where you’ve been quiet, compliant, or overly accommodating. Conversations may feel more honest, more direct, or more liberating. You may feel nervous about speaking up, but also relieved once you do.
Positive expressions: This energy supports honest communication, relational clarity, and breaking free from patterns of people‑pleasing. Mercury in Libra helps you express truth with grace; Uranus helps you express truth with courage and curiosity. Together, they encourage authentic participation, balanced dialogue, and meaningful connection. This is a great day for advocating, collaborating, or speaking up about something that matters.
Shadow expressions: The shadow may show up as abrupt communication, emotional impulsivity, or swinging too far from diplomacy into bluntness. Uranus can make conversations feel unpredictable or destabilizing because of the internal shifts. Libra can overcorrect by trying too hard to keep the peace. The shadow is either staying silent to avoid discomfort or speaking without grounding.
The invitation: Let yourself speak honestly — but with balance. Use Mercury’s diplomacy and Uranus’s liberation together. Voice what matters. Advocate for fairness. Participate fully rather than complying quietly. This is a day to break free from restrictive communication patterns and step into authentic relational exchange. Your voice is needed, and your perspective brings great value — especially in spaces where inequality or imbalance has gone unnoticed.
Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:
Breaking Free from People-Pleasing Patterns
Aligned with Mercury trine Uranus Rx — honest communication, authentic participation, and liberation from restrictive relational patterns.
Positive Expression: Honest communication, relational clarity, breaking free from patterns of people-pleasing. Expressing truth with grace and courage. Authentic participation, balanced dialogue, and meaningful connection.
Shadow Expression: Abrupt communication, emotional impulsivity, swinging too far from diplomacy into bluntness. Staying silent to avoid discomfort or speaking without grounding.
Actionable Step: Identify one area where you’ve been complying instead of participating authentically. Journal: “Where have I been people-pleasing or staying silent to keep the peace? What truth needs to be voiced? How can I express it with both honesty and grace?” Then, speak it—to someone, in writing, or out loud to yourself. Your voice is needed. Your perspective brings value. Break free from polite patterns that keep you quiet. You are not here to comply—you are here to participate fully and authentically.
Healing Mantra for the Week:
“I let my heart heal through honesty. I let my voice speak with courage. I let my relationships grow through authenticity. I am free to be myself—with others, and within myself.”
Psychology Fact:
The Authenticity-Avoidance Loop & The Cost of Compliance
Research on authenticity (Kernis & Goldman) shows that living authentically—expressing your true thoughts, feelings, and values—is associated with higher well-being, better relationships, and greater resilience. People-pleasing, on the other hand, activates the brain’s threat response (amygdala) because it requires suppressing your true self to manage others’ perceptions. This creates a vicious cycle: the more you suppress, the more anxious you become; the more anxious you become, the more you suppress. Breaking this cycle requires small, deliberate acts of authentic self-expression. Each time you voice a truth instead of complying, you strengthen the neural pathway of authenticity and weaken the pathway of avoidance. Compliance is not connection—it’s a cage you build yourself.
Relevance: Mercury trine Uranus asks us to break free from people-pleasing patterns. The shadow is staying silent to maintain peace. The healing is to voice one truth—to participate authentically rather than comply quietly.
Practice: Identify one area where you’ve been complying instead of participating authentically. Voice that truth today—to someone, in writing, or out loud to yourself. Afterward, journal: “I spoke what was on my mind. What I felt was ________. What I learned was ________.”
Each act of speaking your truth builds the neural pathway of courage over compliance.
Shadow Journal Prompts: (for the whole week)
- Where Have I Been Performing Instead of Connecting? Venus opposite Chiron and the South Node in Leo ask us to release the need to perform for approval and step into authentic connection.
Think of a relationship or social dynamic where you’ve been showing up in a way that isn’t fully you—performing, people-pleasing, or seeking approval. What are you afraid would happen if you stopped performing and just let yourself be seen? What would it look like to show up authentically—without needing to impress or please? What might shift in that connection if you brought more honesty? - What Am I Afraid to Feel in My Relationships? Venus in Scorpio craves depth and truth; Venus opposite Chiron brings old wounds to the surface for healing.
In your closest relationships—romantic, platonic, or with yourself—what emotions have you been avoiding? Fear of abandonment? Fear of being too much or not enough? Fear of being seen fully? What would change if you let yourself feel these emotions without needing to fix them? What might they be trying to tell you about what you truly need? - What Am I Ready to Organize, Refine, or Begin Anew? The Virgo New Moon closes the eclipse season and opens a new lunar cycle of grounded growth and refinement.
Now that eclipse season is complete, what feels ready to be organized or refined in your life? What area of your daily routine, health, work, or personal growth is calling for more structure or attention? What’s one small, practical step you can take today to bring more order to the chaos and begin something meaningful? - What Deep Conversation Am I Ready to Have? Mercury trine Pluto brings transformative conversations; Mercury opposite Neptune invites creative and intuitive connection.
Think of a conversation you’ve been avoiding or a truth you’ve been holding back—something that feels meaningful, vulnerable, or transformative. What are you afraid would happen if you spoke it? What might be possible if you did? How can you approach this conversation with both depth and grace—honest enough to matter, grounded enough to be heard? - Where Have I Been People-Pleasing Instead of Participating Authentically? Mercury trine Uranus asks us to break free from polite patterns that keep us silent and step into authentic participation.
In what areas of your life have you been complying instead of contributing—saying yes when you mean no, staying quiet when you have something to say, or smoothing things over instead of speaking your truth? What’s one small truth you can voice today? What would it feel like to participate fully and authentically, rather than perform or placate?
