The Astrology for September 21st – 27th, 2026: Finding Balance, Embracing Your Inner Warrior & Stepping into Power

A Weekly Astrological Look Ahead with Soul-Work Journal Prompts, Healing Opportunities, as well as Actionable Steps to Work with the Energy.

Hey Soul Seekers,

The Astrology for September 21st – 27th brings powerful changes and energetic shifts—a turning point that asks us to find our balance, embrace our courage, and step boldly into who we’re becoming.

We begin Monday with Mercury sextile Jupiter—a beautiful aspect for meaningful conversations and expansive perspectives. It’s a day to share your truth with balance, authenticity, and room for others to participate. Connection feels easier. Ideas flow. Speak from the heart, but leave space for others to do the same.

Tuesday brings the Equinox as the Sun enters Libra. Here in the Northern Hemisphere, we welcome the Fall Equinox—the moment of equal day and night. It’s a threshold, a turning point, and this year it carries extra weight. The Sun enters Libra and immediately activates a powerful Yod and Kite formation, asking us to adjust how we show up in relationships, identity, and belonging. This isn’t just a seasonal shift—it’s a psychological one. Balance isn’t about avoiding conflict; it’s about holding both self and other with equal care.

Friday brings the Sun opposite Neptune retrograde, illuminating the dream or vision you set back in March. The fog lifts. You see where you’ve grown, where you’ve held back, and where fear has shaped your choices. This is your invitation to dissolve the fear and take one brave step toward the dream that’s been calling you. You don’t need to see the whole path—just the next step.

Then Saturday arrives with the Sun trine Pluto and the Aries Full Moon—a fiery, courageous lunation that asks us to release what holds us back and step into our inner warrior. This is a breakthrough waiting to happen. It asks you to claim your agency, your authenticity, and your power. Release outdated self-beliefs. Let go of what keeps you small. You are not here to shrink—you are here to shine.

The week closes with Mars entering Leo on Sunday, igniting a bold new chapter of creative self-expression, joy, and the courage to shine. Mars in Leo is on a healing journey—releasing anything that does not bring you joy and fulfillment, detaching from what is inauthentic, and growing into a more authentic version of who you are.

This is a week of balance and breakthrough, of releasing and reclaiming. Embrace your inner warrior. Release what holds you back. Let yourself shine—not for applause, but because it’s who you are.

A Reminder

A friendly reminder, with Saturn and Neptune moving through Aries, time may feel fast, scattered, or hard to wrangle. Let joy, purpose, personal development, and what truly nourishes you, be your compass. These are the anchors that keep you grounded while everything else accelerates.

I’ll be opening my schedule for consults soon. I’ll begin with those that are on the waitlist, first taking members, then move to the non‑members on the waitlist. Astrological Breakdown for the Week

The Astrology for September 21st – 27th

This week is energetic— we have the Fall Equinox (Northern Hemisphere) Spring Equinox (Southern Hemisphere), an Aries Full Moon, and Mars entering Leo all converge to create a turning point in how we express ourselves, assert our needs, and step into our authentic power. We begin Monday with Mercury sextile Jupiter, offering meaningful conversations and expansive perspective. Tuesday brings the Fall/Spring Equinox as the Sun enters Libra, marking a moment of balance—but one that carries a deeper psychological invitation to adjust how we show up in relationships and identity. Friday brings a dreamy, reflective opposition between the Sun and Neptune—a culmination of the vision we set back in March, now meeting reality. Then Saturday arrives with the Aries Full Moon—a fiery, courageous lunation that asks us to release what holds us back and step into our inner warrior. The week closes with Mars entering Leo on Sunday, igniting a bold new chapter of creative self-expression, joy, and the courage to shine. This is a week of balance and breakthrough, of releasing and reclaiming.

Monday, September 21st: Mercury (Libra) sextile Jupiter (Leo)

On Monday, Mercury in Libra forms a sextile to Jupiter in Leo — an opportunity for growth that comes through communication, perspective, and shared understanding. Mercury represents our thoughts, conversations, mental processing, and the way we exchange ideas. In Libra, Mercury seeks balance, reciprocity, fairness, and relational harmony. Jupiter represents our beliefs, higher perspective, philosophy, and the expansive part of our consciousness that wants to grow beyond what we currently know. In Leo, Jupiter expands our joy, creativity, self‑expression, passion, and the desire to participate in life in a way that genuinely lights us up.

Together, Mercury and Jupiter help us find meaning in our thoughts and conversations. Mercury takes Jupiter’s higher philosophical insights and brings them down to earth, making them useful, practical, and applicable in real life. This sextile encourages conversations that highlight what inspires us, what fulfills us, and what we believe about our purpose. It’s a beautiful day for sharing ideas, expressing creativity, and communicating from the heart — but with Libra’s sense of balance and Leo’s sense of authenticity.

However, this energy is also influenced by Mercury’s ongoing opposition to Saturn retrograde in Aries and Saturn’s trine to Jupiter. Saturn is the ruler of the North Node, so responsibility, maturity, and accountability are essential for our growth. This means we must express ourselves in ways that support connection rather than dominate it. We must be mindful not to become overly critical, overly helpful, or overly controlling — behaviors that can unintentionally prevent others from participating. Mercury in Libra wants mutual reception, not one‑sided expression. Jupiter in Leo wants authentic self‑expression, not performative dominance. Saturn reminds us that growth requires responsibility — both in how we communicate and in how we allow others to show up.

What it feels like: Today feels mentally bright, expressive, and relationally open. You may feel inspired to share ideas, talk about what excites you, or express something meaningful. There’s a sense of optimism and possibility. But there’s also a subtle awareness of responsibility — a need to communicate with care, balance, and respect for others’ perspectives. You may feel energized, creative, and thoughtful all at once.

Positive expressions: This energy supports meaningful conversations, creative collaboration, balanced communication, and expansive thinking. Mercury in Libra helps you express yourself with grace and fairness. Jupiter in Leo helps you express yourself with joy and authenticity. Saturn’s involvement helps you communicate responsibly and build stronger relational foundations. This is a great day for brainstorming, sharing ideas, teaching, learning, or expressing something that feels important to your growth.

Shadow expressions: The shadow may show up as over‑explaining, over‑helping, dominating conversations, or unintentionally overshadowing others. Jupiter can amplify ego; Libra can over‑accommodate; Saturn can make communication feel heavy or overly serious. The shadow is expressing too much or too little — either controlling the conversation or avoiding it altogether.

The invitation: Share your light — but share it responsibly. Use Mercury’s diplomacy and Jupiter’s enthusiasm together. Express what matters to you but leave room for others to participate. Communicate with balance, clarity, and reciprocity. Saturn reminds you that growth requires accountability — both in how you speak and in how you listen. This sextile is an opportunity to expand your mind, deepen your connections, and express your truth in a way that supports mutual growth.

Healing Opportunity & Actionable Step:

Sharing Your Truth with Balance and Authenticity
Aligned with Mercury sextile Jupiter — meaningful conversations, expansive perspective, expressing truth with grace and joy.
Positive Expression: Meaningful conversations, creative collaboration, balanced communication, expansive thinking. Expressing yourself with grace and fairness, joy and authenticity. Building stronger relational foundations.
Shadow Expression: Over-explaining, over-helping, dominating conversations, or unintentionally overshadowing others. Expressing too much or too little—either controlling the conversation or avoiding it altogether.
Actionable Step: Journal: Where in my communication have I been either dominating or disappearing? Where can I express myself with more balance and authenticity? What is one meaningful conversation I’ve been avoiding or holding back from? Then, reach out to someone today—share an idea, express appreciation, or have a conversation that feels honest and expansive. Use Mercury’s diplomacy and Jupiter’s enthusiasm together. Express what matters to you, but leave room for others to participate.

Tuesday, September 22nd: Sun Enters Libra (Fall/Spring Equinox)

On Tuesday, the Sun enters Libra, marking the Equinox — the moment of equal day and night. In the Northern Hemisphere, this begins the descent into longer nights and shorter days; in the Southern Hemisphere, the opposite occurs as light increases. The Equinox always symbolizes balance, but this year’s Libra ingress carries an added layer of psychological and spiritual significance because the Sun enters the same Yod and Kite formation Mercury activated during the Virgo New Moon on the 10th.

The Sun in Libra becomes the apex of the Yod, receiving quincunxes from the North Node in Aquarius and Chiron retrograde in Aries. This configuration demands a psychological adjustment in how we express ourselves — especially in relationships, identity, and belonging. The Sun is now ruled by Venus in Scorpio, who is in her pre‑retrograde shadow and actively working through core wounds around intimacy, trust, vulnerability, and self‑worth. This means the Sun’s ingress into Libra may feel sensitive, exposing places where we question our identity within relationships or where we feel misunderstood, unseen, or unsure of how we fit. The Yod asks us to look at these feelings from a different angle — to shift perspective, to adjust our approach, and to be honest with ourselves about what hurts and what needs attention.

The Sun also becomes the base of the Kite formation that was active during the Virgo New Moon. This means we are receiving heightened insight, intuitive downloads, and opportunities to reach a higher level of consciousness — but only if we work with what we’re feeling rather than bypassing it. The Sun is still sextile Mars in Cancer, giving emotional motivation and drive; trine Uranus retrograde in Gemini, encouraging us to think or act differently; opposite Neptune retrograde in Aries, heightening intuition and idealism; and trine Pluto retrograde in Aquarius, offering deep psychological transformation. This is a potent moment of clarity, but it comes through emotional honesty, relational awareness, and willingness to adjust.

What it feels like: Today feels like a moment where something shifts internally. You may feel sensitive, reflective, or aware of subtle relational wounds resurfacing. There’s a sense of wanting balance but also feeling the discomfort of what is out of balance. Insights may come quickly, intuitively, or through emotional triggers. You may feel pulled between wanting harmony (Libra), wanting independence (Aries), and wanting to contribute to something meaningful (Aquarius). It’s a day where emotional truth and higher awareness meet.

Positive expressions: This energy supports relational clarity, emotional honesty, psychological insight, and conscious self‑expression. The Sun in Libra helps you seek balance and fairness. Mars in Cancer helps you act from emotional truth. Uranus helps you innovate and break patterns. Neptune heightens intuition and spiritual awareness. Pluto deepens transformation and helps you understand the root of what you’re feeling. The Yod and Kite together offer a powerful opportunity for growth, healing, and higher consciousness.

Shadow expressions: The shadow may show up as relational insecurity, fear of vulnerability, idealizing relationships, or feeling overwhelmed by emotional intensity. Neptune can blur clarity. Uranus can destabilize. Chiron can trigger old wounds. Venus in Scorpio can amplify sensitivity or fear of betrayal. The shadow is wanting harmony without addressing imbalance, or wanting connection without confronting what feels painful.

The invitation: Let yourself adjust. Let yourself see from a new angle. Let yourself be honest about what feels sensitive or wounded. The Sun in Libra asks for balance; the Yod asks for psychological shift; the Kite asks for higher awareness. Work with your emotions rather than against them. Use Mars for motivation, Uranus for innovation, Neptune for intuition, and Pluto for depth. This Equinox is not just a seasonal shift — it is a relational and psychological turning point. You are being invited into a new level of consciousness, clarity, and self‑expression.

Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:

Finding Balance Through Psychological Adjustment
Aligned with the Sun entering Libra and activating the Yod — relational clarity, psychological shift, and conscious self-expression.
Positive Expression: Relational clarity, emotional honesty, psychological insight, and conscious self-expression. Seeking balance and fairness. Acting from emotional truth. Heightening intuition and spiritual awareness.
Shadow Expression: Relational insecurity, fear of vulnerability, idealizing relationships, or feeling overwhelmed by emotional intensity. Wanting harmony without addressing imbalance.
Actionable Step: Journal: Where in my relationships or identity do I feel out of balance? What psychological adjustment is being asked of me—what perspective needs to shift? What would it look like to show up more honestly in a relationship where I’ve been hiding or over-compromising? Then, take one small step toward balance—set a boundary, share a truth, or simply acknowledge what feels out of alignment. This Equinox is a turning point. You are being invited into a new level of consciousness, clarity, and self-expression.

Friday, September 25th: Sun (Libra) opposite Neptune Rx (Aries)

On Friday, the Sun in Libra opposes Neptune retrograde in Aries — the culmination of a cycle that began on March 22nd, 2026, when the Sun was conjunct Neptune in Aries. Whatever vision, dream, identity shift, or new expression was initiated back then now reaches its “Full Moon moment.” Oppositions illuminate. They show us what we couldn’t see before. They reveal where our idealized version of ourselves has shifted, matured, dissolved, or clarified over the past six months.

The Sun represents our core identity, our natural expression, and the way we shine. Neptune represents our dreams, imagination, spiritual longing, and the idealized version of who we want to become. In Aries, Neptune encourages bravery — the courage to act on our vision, to embody our dream, to step into a new way of being. But Neptune can also blur clarity, create fantasy, or show us life through rose‑colored glasses. At the opposition, the fog lifts. Something becomes visible. We see the difference between the dream we had in March and the reality of who we are now. We see where we’ve grown, where we’ve avoided, where we’ve held back, and where fear has shaped our choices.

This opposition happens just one day before the Aries Full Moon, amplifying the theme of identity, courage, and self‑expression. There is a deeper question emerging: Where are we still holding ourselves back from being fully present, fully expressed, fully alive? Where are we shrinking instead of taking up space? Where are we hesitating instead of pursuing the dream?

Mars is the ruler of Neptune, and Venus is the ruler of the Sun — and both Mars and Venus are currently aspecting Pluto. This means our emotional actions (Mars) and our values, desires, and relational needs (Venus) are undergoing transformation. Something is dissolving. Something is being re‑envisioned. Something is shifting at the core of who we are and who we want to be. The question becomes: What has changed about your identity since March? What fears have surfaced? What clarity has emerged? What would be lost if you didn’t make the changes your soul is asking for?

On the positive side, the Sun and Neptune together create a powerful creative portal. They open the imagination, expand possibility, and connect us to divine inspiration. This is why dreaming feels so natural under this transit — and why we can envision endless possibilities and feel connected to something larger than ourselves. But to manifest these possibilities, we must dissolve the fear that keeps us from acting. Fear is the primary reason we sabotage our own dreams. Fear is the reason we shrink. Fear is the reason we hesitate. The Sun–Neptune opposition asks us to consciously dissolve the fear so we can step into the possibility.

What it feels like: Today feels dreamy, reflective, and emotionally sensitive. You may feel nostalgic for the version of yourself you imagined in March — or aware of how much has changed since then. There may be moments of clarity, moments of confusion, moments of longing, or moments of inspiration. You may feel pulled between idealism and reality, between desire and fear, between vision and action. This is a day where your inner world feels louder than your outer world.

Positive expressions: This energy supports creativity, spiritual insight, intuitive awareness, and visionary thinking. The Sun helps you express your truth; Neptune helps you imagine what’s possible. Together, they open a portal to inspiration, creativity, and divine connection. This is a beautiful day for dreaming, journaling, creating, meditating, or reconnecting with your deeper purpose. It’s a moment of illumination — a chance to see your dream clearly and understand what it needs to grow.

Shadow expressions: The shadow may show up as confusion, escapism, idealizing relationships or identity, or feeling overwhelmed by possibility. Neptune can blur boundaries or create fantasy. The Sun can feel lost or directionless. Fear may surface — fear of failure, fear of visibility, fear of change. The shadow is believing the dream is impossible or believing you are not worthy of it.

The invitation: Return to the dream — but with clarity. Look at what was initiated in March and ask yourself what has changed. Dissolve the fear that keeps you small. Step into the possibility that is waiting for you. Use Neptune’s imagination and the Sun’s expression together. Let yourself envision the life you want — and then take one brave step toward it. This opposition is not here to discourage you; it is here to illuminate the path. You are being asked to see clearly, act courageously, and trust that your dream is not only possible — it is calling you forward.

Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:

Illuminating the Dream and Dissolving the Fear
Aligned with Sun opposite Neptune Rx — culmination of a cycle begun in March, revealing clarity and asking us to dissolve fear.
Positive Expression: Creativity, spiritual insight, intuitive awareness, and visionary thinking. Expressing your truth; imagining what’s possible. Opening a portal to inspiration, creativity, and divine connection.
Shadow Expression: Confusion, escapism, idealizing relationships or identity, or feeling overwhelmed by possibility. Fear surfacing—fear of failure, fear of visibility, fear of change.
Actionable Step: Journal: What dream, vision, or identity shift did I initiate back in March? What has changed since then? Where have I grown? Where have I held back out of fear? What fear is keeping me from stepping more fully into this vision? Then, write one small, brave step you can take toward that dream—not the whole leap, just a step. Dissolve the fear by acting on it. You are being asked to see clearly, act courageously, and trust that your dream is not only possible—it is calling you forward.

Saturday, September 26th: Sun (Libra) trine Pluto Rx (Aqua.); Aries Full Moon

On Saturday, we have a potent combination: the Sun in Libra trine Pluto retrograde in Aquarius and the Aries Full Moon. What makes this lunation especially significant is that we are experiencing the same Kite formation we had during the last lunation — except now, the Sun has taken Mercury’s place as the grounding planet, and Neptune + the Moon sit at the top. This means whatever is illuminated during this Full Moon has the potential to take off like wildfire and reach new heights. The Aries Moon is positioned between Neptune retrograde and Saturn retrograde — the ideal and the challenge, the dream and the reality. We may feel lifted by an idealistic vision, only to collide with a reality we didn’t anticipate. Or we may see enormous potential, but also recognize the work required to make it real. This is a deeply creative Full Moon because of the Moon–Neptune connection at the top of the Kite, which opens intuitive, imaginative, and visionary channels. Personally, if we are working with self-development this could be really fortunate, empowering, and very healing.

The Aries Moon opposes the Sun in Libra (as every Full Moon does), but it also forms a trine to its ruler Mars in Cancer. Mars and the Moon are in mutual reception — Mars in the Moon’s sign, the Moon in Mars’ sign — meaning they are in a secret, mutually supportive conversation. The Aries Moon is conjunct Neptune retrograde and Saturn retrograde in Aries, and sextile Uranus retrograde in Gemini and Pluto retrograde in Aquarius. This creates a powerful blend of intuition, discipline, innovation, and transformation.

Mars, the ruler of this Full Moon, is at 29° Cancer — the anaretic degree — intensifying emotional action and urgency. Mars squares Mercury in Libra, creating tension between action and thoughts or communication. Mars trines the Aries Moon (motivation), sextiles the Libra Sun (energetic support), trines Neptune retrograde (visionary action), opposes Pluto retrograde (psychological confrontation), quincunxes the North Node in Aquarius (growth through adjustment), and squares Chiron retrograde in Aries (challenges our identity wounds). With so many outer planets involved, this Full Moon carries transformational qualities that reach far beyond the moment.

Aries is a cardinal fire sign — it initiates, leads, acts, and asserts. It stirs passion, courage, independence, and self‑sovereignty. A Full Moon in Aries is a call to embrace your inner warrior, face fears, and align with your highest potential. It is also a cleansing phase — a moment to release outdated self‑beliefs, limiting expectations, and anything that prevents you from taking initiative or being your truest self.

What it feels like: Today feels electric, intense, and emotionally charged. You may feel pulled between a dream (Neptune) and a challenge (Saturn), between inspiration and reality, between desire and fear. Insights may come quickly, intuitively, or through emotional triggers. You may feel motivated, restless, courageous, or overwhelmed — sometimes all at once. This Full Moon feels like a breakthrough waiting to happen, but it may require confronting something uncomfortable first.

Positive expressions: This energy supports courage, initiative, creative breakthroughs, emotional clarity, and deep transformation. The Aries Moon helps you act boldly. The Sun in Libra helps you stay balanced. Neptune opens intuition and imagination. Saturn provides discipline. Uranus sparks innovation. Pluto brings psychological depth and empowerment. Mars provides emotional motivation and drive. This is a powerful day for releasing old patterns, starting something new, or stepping into a more authentic version of yourself.

Shadow expressions: The shadow may show up as impulsivity, emotional reactivity, idealistic fantasies, fear of failure, or feeling overwhelmed by intensity. Neptune can blur clarity. Saturn can feel heavy. Pluto can amplify fear or control issues. Mars at 29° can feel urgent or volatile. The shadow is acting too quickly or shutting down because the emotions feel too big.

The invitation: Embrace your inner warrior. Release what holds you back. Let the Aries Moon show you where courage is needed. Let Neptune inspire you. Let Saturn ground you. Let Pluto transform you. Let Uranus liberate you. Let the Sun in Libra help you stay balanced as you step into your next chapter. This Full Moon is a turning point — a moment to claim your agency, your authenticity, and your power. You are being asked to act, to release, to initiate, and to become.

Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:

Embracing Your Inner Warrior and Releasing What Holds You Back
Aligned with Aries Full Moon — courage, initiative, emotional clarity, and deep transformation.
Positive Expression: Courage, initiative, creative breakthroughs, emotional clarity, and deep transformation. Acting boldly. Staying balanced. Opening intuition and imagination. Bringing psychological depth and empowerment.
Shadow Expression: Impulsivity, emotional reactivity, idealistic fantasies, fear of failure, or feeling overwhelmed by intensity. Acting too quickly or shutting down because the emotions feel too big.
Actionable Step: Journal: What outdated self-belief, limiting expectation, or fear is ready to be released? Where is courage needed in my life right now? What would it look like to embrace my inner warrior and step into my highest potential? Then, write a release statement: “I release what holds me back. I embrace my courage. I step into my power.” Read it aloud. Take one bold action that reflects your inner warrior—say the thing, take the step, own your space. This Full Moon is a turning point. Claim your agency, your authenticity, and your power.

Sunday, September 27th: Mars (Cancer) square Chiron Rx (Aries); Mars Enters Leo

On Sunday, Mars in Cancer squares Chiron retrograde in Aries at the anaretic 29° — a critical degree signaling culmination, urgency, and the wrapping up of a long healing cycle. Then Later, Mars Enters Leo until November 25th, but it will also be entering its Pre-Retrograde Shadow in Leo on November 5th.

Mars rules Aries, and Chiron has just retrograded back into Aries to complete the final chapter of an eight‑year healing journey around identity, agency, sovereignty, and the right to take up space. The Aries Full Moon just illuminated these themes, bringing identity wounds, personal authority, and self‑expression to the forefront. Now Mars — the ruler of Chiron — activates these same wounds through a square, forcing us to confront the behaviors, fears, and patterns that still keep us from fully inhabiting ourselves.

Chiron in Aries is about healing the wound of existence: Do I have the right to be here? Do I have the right to take up space? Do I have the right to act on my own behalf? Mars in Cancer brings emotional action, instinctive reactions, and protective behaviors. When Mars squares Chiron, we confront where our emotional patterns, defenses, or fears prevent us from asserting ourselves. This is a moment of releasing old behaviors that keep us small, silent, or hesitant. It is a moment of reclaiming agency.

Mars is heavily activated: A square to Mercury in Libra (challenging how we think, speak, and express ourselves), sextile the Sun in Libra (supporting balanced self‑expression), trine Neptune retrograde in Aries (helping us act on our vision while also revealing illusions), opposite Pluto retrograde in Aquarius (bringing psychological depth and power dynamics to the surface), quincunx the North Node in Aquarius (requiring adjustment for growth), and the square to Chiron retrograde in Aries (identity wounds). This is a deeply psychological moment — a confrontation with the parts of ourselves that still feel unsafe to be fully expressed.

Later in the day, Mars enters Leo. Mars will stay in Leo until November 25th, but it will revisit Leo during its retrograde in early 2027. Mars enters its pre‑retrograde shadow on November 5th at 20° Leo, meaning the degrees between 20° Leo and 10° Virgo will be visited three times: pre‑shadow, retrograde, and direct. These degrees become the “hot spots” of Mars’ retrograde cycle — the territory of our upcoming healing journey.

Mars in Leo is bold, expressive, creative, and heart‑centered. It acts from joy, passion, authenticity, and personal fulfillment. But because Mars will meet Jupiter and the South Node during its Leo journey, this becomes a profound cycle of detaching from anything inauthentic. Mars in Leo helps us release what does not bring joy, confidence, or creative vitality. Jupiter expands our authentic self‑expression. The South Node helps us release old identities, ego patterns, or ways of performing that no longer align with who we are becoming. Mars will be challenged through our beliefs, our mindset, and our fears — but ultimately, it will liberate us. This Mars cycle is deeply connected to Chiron’s final months in Aries. Whatever Mars goes through, Chiron is healing.

What it feels like: Today feels emotionally charged, sensitive, and deeply revealing. You may feel old identity wounds resurfacing — places where you hesitate, shrink, or avoid taking up space. You may feel tension between emotional reactions (Mars in Cancer) and the desire to assert yourself (Chiron in Aries). As Mars enters Leo, you may feel a sudden shift — a spark of courage, creativity, or desire to act from authenticity. But you may also feel the weight of what needs to be released first.

Positive expressions: This energy supports emotional healing, courageous self‑expression, reclaiming agency, and stepping into authenticity. Mars square Chiron helps you confront identity wounds. Mars in Leo helps you act boldly and joyfully. Jupiter and the South Node help you grow into your true self and release what is false. Pluto helps you understand the psychological roots of your patterns. Neptune helps you envision a new version of yourself. This is a powerful day for breakthroughs, clarity, and reclaiming your voice.

Shadow expressions: The shadow may show up as emotional reactivity, defensiveness, fear of visibility, or clinging to old identity patterns. Mars at 29° can feel urgent or reactive. Chiron can trigger insecurity. Pluto can amplify fear or control issues. Neptune can blur clarity or create idealized fantasies. The shadow is acting impulsively or shutting down because the emotions feel too big.

The invitation: Release what keeps you small. Confront the patterns that silence you. Let Mars in Cancer show you where emotional healing is needed. Let Chiron in Aries show you where courage is required. Let Mars in Leo show you who you are becoming. This is a turning point — a moment of reclaiming agency, authenticity, and self‑expression. You are being asked to act from your heart, to release what is inauthentic, and to step into your power. Mars is beginning a healing journey that will unfold through early 2027. Whatever Mars experiences, Chiron is healing. Let yourself evolve. Let yourself expand. Let yourself take up space.

Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:

Releasing Identity Wounds and Reclaiming Your Boldness
Aligned with Mars square Chiron Rx (final chapter of Aries wounds) and Mars entering Leo (bold, creative self-expression).
Positive Expression: Releasing old identity wounds. Reclaiming personal agency and sovereignty. Acting from a place of authentic self-expression. Making bold choices that bring joy and fulfillment. Growing into a more authentic version of who you are.
Shadow Expression: Reactivity, defensiveness, fear of taking up space, or feeling blocked. Old identity wounds surfacing. Acting from fear rather than courage. Holding onto patterns that keep you small.
Actionable Step: Journal: Where have I been holding myself back from taking up space, asserting my needs, or fully expressing who I am? What old identity wound or fear is ready to be released? What would it look like to act from a place of courage and authenticity instead? Then, do one bold thing today—speak up, make a choice that brings you joy, or simply let yourself shine without apology. Mars in Leo is on a healing journey—releasing anything that does not bring you joy and fulfillment. Let yourself act from a higher place of self-agency. Let yourself shine.

Healing Mantra for the Week:

“I release what holds me back. I embrace my inner warrior. I act with courage and authenticity. I shine not for applause—but because it’s who I am.”

Psychology Fact:

Authenticity & The Neuroscience of Self-Expression
The authenticity paradox (Ibarra) describes how we often wait to feel authentic before we act authentically—when in fact, acting “as if” is the path to becoming. Mars in Leo asks us to shine boldly, to express ourselves without apology, to do what brings us joy and fulfillment. Research shows that authentic self-expression activates the brain’s reward system (dopamine) and reduces the amygdala’s threat response. When we hold back, suppress, or shrink, we activate the threat system—creating anxiety, resentment, and disconnection. When we express ourselves authentically, we activate the reward system—creating joy, fulfillment, and connection. The more you express your authentic self, the more natural it becomes. Boldness is not a feeling—it’s a practice.
Relevance: Mars square Chiron Rx, Chiron is in its final chapter of healing identity wounds around courage and self-assertion; Mars in Leo asks us to shine boldly. The shadow is holding yourself back, staying small, or acting from fear. The healing is to practice bold, authentic self-expression—to act as if you belong in the spotlight
Practice: Bold Expression- Identify one area where you’ve been holding yourself back from fully expressing who you are. Do one bold thing today—speak up, share your creative work, make a choice that brings you joy, or simply let yourself shine without apology. Afterward, journal: “I expressed myself bravely and boldly. What I felt was ________. What I learned was ________.” Each act of bold self-expression strengthens the neural pathway of authenticity and weakens the pathway of fear. You are meant to shine—just for being YOU.
