A Weekly Astrological Look Ahead with Soul-Work Journal Prompts, Healing Opportunities, as well as Actionable Steps to Work with the Energy.
Hey Soul Seekers,
This week the Astrology for June 29th – July 5th is full—in a purposeful, catalytic way. It begins with Mercury stationing retrograde in Cancer, pulling us inward, while a Capricorn Full Moon illuminates exactly what we’re ready to release. Old patterns, outdated responsibilities, and emotional weights we’ve been carrying rise to the surface—not to overwhelm us, but to finally be set down. This is a moment of honest re-evaluation, and it’s more freeing than it is heavy.
Tuesday brings a karmic crossroads. Mars squares the Nodes of Fate, asking us to choose between who we’ve been and who we’re becoming. It’s not a choice between right and wrong—it’s a choice between familiar and true. At the same time, Jupiter enters Leo, shifting our growth from emotional, protective expansion to creative, joyful, visible self-expression. The focus becomes joy, courage, and the willingness to share your gifts with the world.
Wednesday’s Jupiter-Chiron square may feel tender. Old wounds around worth, visibility, and the fear of being “too much” or “not enough” may surface. But they’re not surfacing to shame you—they’re surfacing to be healed. Let them speak. Let them move through you. Then let them go.
Saturday is electric and rare. Mars conjuncts Uranus in Gemini for the first time since the 1940s, bringing sudden insights, mental breakthroughs, and the urge to break free from what’s stagnant. This is powerful energy—but it asks for intention, not impulse. Pause before you act. Make sure the change you’re reaching for is aligned with your growth, not just your restlessness.
Sunday’s Mars-Pluto trine deepens the transformation, offering mental clarity and a quiet but powerful reclaiming of inner strength. It’s the kind of clarity that settles into your bones and changes how you see yourself.
This is a week of endings and beginnings, release and ignition. Let yourself release. Let yourself break free. Let yourself expand into who you’re becoming. You are not too much—you are exactly enough.

Astrological Breakdown for the Week
The Astrology for June 29th – July 5th
Welcome to a week that arrives with intensity and purpose—a week of release, breakthrough, and the kind of expansion that changes how you see yourself. It begins with Mercury stationing retrograde in Cancer and a Capricorn Full Moon, bringing emotional clarity, closure, and a powerful reorientation around what truly matters. Tuesday brings a karmic crossroads as Mars squares the Nodes of Fate, while Jupiter enters Leo—shifting our growth from emotional expansion to creative, joyful self-expression. Wednesday’s Jupiter-Chiron square may feel tender, exposing old wounds around worth and visibility so they can finally heal. Saturday is electric: Mars conjunct Uranus in Gemini for the first time since the 1940s, bringing sudden insights, breakthroughs, and the urge to break free from what’s stagnant. Sunday’s Mars-Pluto trine deepens the transformation, offering mental clarity and inner power. This is a week of endings and beginnings, release and ignition.
Monday, June 29th: Mercury Stations Retro. (Cancer); Capricorn Full Moon
On Monday, Mercury stations retrograde in Cancer, and just hours later we experience a Capricorn Full Moon—the culmination of the Capricorn New Moon from January 18th. This is a powerful moment of emotional release, clarity, and reorientation. Full Moons always bring the Sun (purpose) opposite the Moon (emotion), illuminating what has been building beneath the surface. This Full Moon is also square Saturn and Neptune in Aries, sextile the North Node in Pisces, and trine the South Node in Virgo, creating a complex blend of tension, release, and spiritual guidance.
The Moon square Saturn in Aries brings themes of boundaries, responsibility, and emotional pressure. The Moon square Neptune in Aries adds idealism, confusion, or disillusionment—moments where reality and fantasy blur. Yet the Moon’s sextile to the North Node in Pisces encourages trust, compassion, and intuitive growth, while the trine to the South Node in Virgo supports releasing old patterns of control, self‑criticism, and over‑analysis.
Saturn in Aries rules this Full Moon and is itself squaring both the Sun and Moon, forming a Cardinal T‑square with Neptune at the apex. This signals a moment of crisis‑turned‑growth—a push to break through old limitations and step into a new way of navigating responsibility, identity, and emotional truth. Mars, the ruler of both Saturn and Neptune, is square the Nodes of Fate, reinforcing that this is a turning point. Capricorn, Cancer, and Aries are all cardinal signs, and the release point of this T‑square is in Libra. Balance is the medicine. Capricorn pushes for achievement, Cancer seeks emotional safety, and Aries demands action—Libra asks us to harmonize these competing needs.
Mercury stationing retrograde in Cancer adds another layer. We will revisit the degrees between 16°–26° Cancer three times—during the shadow, the retrograde, and the post‑shadow period. This retrograde begins with Mercury conjunct Jupiter in Cancer and square Chiron in Taurus, amplifying emotional thinking, memory, and the desire to understand our inner world. The Moon rules Mercury during this retrograde, and the Moon is Full—signaling a release, a completion, or a moment of emotional truth rising to the surface.
What it feels like: Intense, emotional, reflective. Like something long‑held is coming to light. You may feel pulled between responsibility and rest, clarity and confusion, action and vulnerability. There is a sense of being pushed toward growth, even if it feels uncomfortable.
Positive expressions: Emotional breakthroughs. Letting go of old patterns. Deep clarity. Healing through honesty. Releasing perfectionism. Rebalancing priorities. Strengthening boundaries. Trusting intuition.
Shadow expressions: Overwhelm. Emotional pressure. Confusion. Feeling blocked or restricted. Revisiting old wounds. Over‑idealizing outcomes. Struggling to balance needs.
The invitation: Find balance. Slow down. Let the Full Moon illuminate what needs to be released. Let Mercury retrograde guide you inward. Let Saturn show you where structure is needed, and let Neptune soften what has become too rigid. This is a moment to harmonize ambition with emotional truth, action with intuition, and responsibility with compassion.
Healing Opportunity & Actionable Step:
Releasing What You’ve Outgrown
Aligned with Mercury Rx in Cancer (emotional reflection) and Capricorn Full Moon (culmination and release).
Positive Expression: Emotional breakthroughs, letting go of old patterns, deep clarity, rebalancing priorities, strengthening boundaries, trusting intuition.
Shadow Expression: Overwhelm, emotional pressure, confusion, revisiting old wounds, struggling to balance needs, feeling blocked or restricted.
Actionable Step: Pactice Release & Realign. Write down what you’re ready to release—a pattern, a fear, a responsibility that isn’t yours, a belief that no longer fits. Read it aloud. Then say: “I release this with gratitude. It taught me what I needed to learn.” Tear the paper. Then write one intention for what you’re ready to invite in. This Full Moon and Mercury retrograde are a powerful portal for letting go and reorienting toward what truly matters.
Tuesday, June 30th: Mars (Gemini) square Nodes of Fate (Pisces/Virgo); Jupiter Enters Leo
On Tuesday, Mars in Gemini squares the Nodes of Fate in Pisces and Virgo—a major choice point between what we are growing into and what we have healed or outgrown. The Nodes are at 0°, the critical degree, marking the final lessons of an 18‑month cycle. Because the Nodes always move backward through the zodiac, this moment signals closure, integration, and karmic completion. These are eclipse points—places of destiny, release, and accelerated growth. And today, Mars activates them.
Jupiter also plays a significant role. The North Node is still ruled by Jupiter, and just one hour after Mars squares the Nodes, Jupiter enters Leo. This shifts the entire tone of our growth path. We move from emotional, intuitive expansion (Cancer) into expressive, creative expansion (Leo). The focus becomes joy, self‑expression, play, and the courage to be seen.
Mars square the Nodes demands action. Mars in Gemini pushes us to make a decision, speak a truth, or break a mental pattern. Mars is also approaching a conjunction with Uranus—which is also still squaring the Nodes as well—so this moment carries the energy of a sudden breakthrough, a shift in direction, or a mental awakening. Mercury is station retrograde in Cancer, making this moment internal, reflective, and emotionally charged. We are revisiting something, reassessing something, or rethinking a path we’ve been walking. Mercury rules both Gemini and Virgo—the signs also activated by this square—so the mind is deeply involved.
Mercury station retrograde is square Chiron in Taurus, highlighting healing around worth, security, and old survival patterns. This square helps us break free (Mars/Uranus) from outdated mental loops, over‑analysis, or self‑criticism. Something clicks. Something shifts. Something releases.
Jupiter, ruler of Pisces, is also square Chiron, suggesting we are healing beliefs about who we are and what we deserve. As Jupiter enters Leo, the focus turns toward self‑expression, creativity, joy, and the courage to shine. Leo is where we create, play, and share our gifts. If we’ve been hiding out of fear of being “too much,” Jupiter in Leo says: it’s time to be seen. It’s time to participate in what lights you up. It’s time to share your talents with the world.
Jupiter will remain in Leo until July 2027. Jupiter spends one year in each sign, so this becomes a long‑term theme. And soon, the South Node will move into Leo as well, meeting Jupiter in November. When the Nodes shift into Aquarius and Leo, Jupiter will no longer rule the North Node—Saturn (and co‑ruler Uranus) will take over for Aquarius, and the Sun will rule the South Node in Leo. This marks a major shift in collective growth and karmic focus, as well as where we will experience the eclipses.
What it feels like: A crossroads. A breakthrough. A moment where something inside you says, “This can’t continue the same way.” You may feel mentally activated, restless, or suddenly clear about what needs to change. There is a sense of karmic movement—like the universe is nudging you forward.
Positive expressions: Mental clarity. Breakthroughs. Courage to choose differently. Healing old patterns. New ideas. Renewed confidence. A shift in beliefs. Creative awakening. Emotional insight.
Shadow expressions: Overthinking. Anxiety. Feeling pressured to choose. Mental overwhelm. Old wounds resurfacing. Fear of visibility. Resistance to change.
The invitation: Make the choice that aligns with your growth. Release the pattern that no longer fits. Let Mercury retrograde help you rethink, revise, and reconnect with your truth. Let Mars and Uranus cut and break you free from old mental loops. And let Jupiter’s move into Leo remind you that your joy, your creativity, and your self‑expression are not luxuries—they are part of your purpose.
Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:
Choosing Growth at the Crossroads
Aligned with Mars square Nodes (karmic choice point) and Jupiter entering Leo (creative expansion).
Positive Expression: Mental clarity, breakthroughs, courage to choose differently, healing old patterns, renewed confidence, creative awakening.
Shadow Expression: Overthinking, anxiety, feeling pressured, old wounds resurfacing, fear of visibility, resistance to change.
Actionable Step: Practice the Crossroads Choice. Journal: “One pattern I’m ready to release is ________. One direction I feel called toward is ________.” Then take one small action that honors the direction you’re choosing—not the whole leap, just a step. Jupiter in Leo wants you to participate in what lights you up. Start small, but start.
Wednesday, July 1st: Jupiter (Leo) square Chiron (Taurus)
On Wednesday, Jupiter in Leo squares Chiron in Taurus at 0°—the critical degree—making this energy especially potent and unmistakable. Zero degrees is the beginning of the story, the opening chapter, the moment that sets the tone for the entire transit ahead. Both Jupiter and Chiron are in fixed signs, which amplifies themes of persistence, resistance, and the tension between staying the same and growing into something new.
Jupiter represents our beliefs, our worldview, and the meaning we assign to our life experiences. In Leo, Jupiter expands themes of creativity, confidence, joy, self‑expression, and the courage to shine. Chiron represents our deepest inner wound. In Taurus, this wound centers around self‑worth, value, safety, and feeling appreciated. Together, Jupiter square Chiron highlights the tension between how brightly we want to shine and the places where we still feel unworthy, unseen, or insecure. It brings up the beliefs we hold about our gifts, our talents, and our right to be visible.
This square forms part of a larger T‑square in the sky, intensifying the emotional and psychological pressure. Chiron in Taurus sits at the apex (top), squaring the Aquarius Moon and Pluto retrograde—an energy of deep inner transformation, emotional purging, and confronting what has been buried. Chiron is also square Jupiter in Leo and Mercury retrograde in Cancer, pulling in themes of memory, emotion, and reflection. This can feel triggering, stirring old pain or past experiences where we felt undervalued, dismissed, or unseen.
Jupiter is ruled by the Sun, which is currently in Cancer. The Sun is square both Saturn and Neptune in Aries, adding layers of pressure, courage, and dissolution. Saturn demands structure and responsibility. Neptune dissolves illusions and outdated dreams/visions. Together, they ask us to be brave enough to let go of what no longer supports our growth. They ask us to hold the vision while releasing the fear. They ask us to trust that our dreams are still possible, even if the path is shifting.
This is a moment of purging—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Old beliefs about our worth, our creativity, our voice, or our right to shine may surface. These beliefs have clouded our light, dimmed our confidence, or made us second‑guess our abilities. Jupiter square Chiron brings them to the surface so they can be healed, not so they can define us.
What it feels like: Tender. Raw. Illuminating. Like something inside you is being exposed—not to harm you, but to free you. You may feel emotional, vulnerable, or deeply reflective. There is a sense of being pushed to grow, even if it feels uncomfortable.
Positive expressions: Breakthroughs in confidence. Healing around self‑worth. Reclaiming your voice. Creative awakening. Emotional honesty. Letting go of old insecurities. Renewed courage to be seen.
Shadow expressions: Feeling triggered. Doubting your abilities. Emotional overwhelm. Revisiting old wounds. Fear of visibility. Feeling undervalued or unappreciated.
The invitation: Let the wound speak so it can heal. Let Jupiter expand your courage. Let Chiron show you where you’re ready to grow. This is a moment to reclaim your light, your creativity, and your confidence. You are not meant to stay small. You are meant to shine—and this transit helps you release the beliefs that have kept your light dim. Don’t be afraid to shine like the brightest star in the sky, this is our purpose, to warm others with our truest radiance.
Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:
Healing the Belief That Keeps You Small
Aligned with Jupiter square Chiron at 0° — tender but potent healing around worth and visibility.
Positive Expression: Breakthroughs in confidence, healing around self-worth, reclaiming your voice, creative awakening, renewed courage to be seen.
Shadow Expression: Feeling triggered, doubting your abilities, emotional overwhelm, revisiting old wounds, fear of visibility, feeling undervalued.
Actionable Step: Write a Worth & Visibility letter. Address the part of you that still believes you’re not enough, not ready, or not worthy of being seen. Write: “I see you. I understand why you learned to hide. But I am ready to try something new.” Then write one sentence about who you’re becoming: “I am learning to take up space with courage.” Read it aloud. This is not about fixing—it’s about witnessing. Let the wound speak so it can heal.
Saturday, July 4th: Mars conjunct Uranus (Gemini); Mars (Gemini) sextile Neptune (Aries)
On Saturday, Mars is busy—first Mars conjuncts Uranus in Gemini, then later Mars sextile Neptune in Aries—creating a highly energized, and unpredictable day.
Mars conjunct Uranus in Gemini hasn’t happened since 1943–1947, so this is rare and potent. Uranus moves slowly, spending about seven years in each sign and roughly 84 years to travel the full zodiac—hence the “seven‑year itch” energy of disruption and change that you may have heard about. Uranus breaks the status quo, liberates us from old limitations, and shakes loose what’s become stagnant. Mars is action, desire, movement, and sometimes chaos. It cuts, pushes, and energizes. Together, Mars conjunct Uranus is explosive, electric, and highly activating. They feed off each other, amplifying spontaneity, restlessness, and the urge to break free.
In Gemini, this energy is mental, verbal, and flexible. Plans can change quickly. Conversations can take unexpected turns. Ideas can arrive suddenly. Mars conjunct Uranus is still square the Nodes of Fate, giving this transit a karmic, eclipse‑like feel—shocking, catalytic, and potentially life‑altering. On a personal level, you may feel a sudden urge to do things differently, take risks, or make abrupt changes. If used consciously, this can be highly transformative—bringing breakthroughs on stuck projects, fresh solutions, or bold new directions. If used recklessly, it can be accident‑prone or destabilizing, so extra caution is wise, especially with physical activity or impulsive decisions.
Gemini’s ruler, Mercury, is retrograde in Cancer, which means information can be misconstrued, details missed, or emotions coloring perception. This is not the day to rush decisions. Slow down. Double‑check. Give yourself time to process. You may feel pressured to act quickly, but it’s better to pause than to regret a choice made in haste.
Later in the day, Mars sextiles Neptune in Aries. This softens the edge slightly but adds idealism and imagination. Neptune can put us in rose‑colored glasses mode—seeing how we wish things would go rather than how they actually are. Mars sextile Neptune can inspire creative action, spiritual motivation, or compassionate courage, but it can also blur reality. With Mars still conjunct Uranus, even our idealized visions or inspired actions may arrive suddenly or feel surprising.
What it feels like: Electric. Restless. Inspired. Unpredictable. You may feel mentally activated, impulsive, or eager for change, while also sensing a dreamy, idealized layer over your desires. There’s a mix of urgency and fantasy.
Positive expressions: Breakthroughs. Bold change. Creative solutions. Sudden insight. Courage to shift direction. Inspired action. Spiritual motivation. Mental agility.
Shadow expressions: Impulsivity. Accidents. Rash decisions. Miscommunication. Over‑idealizing outcomes. Confusion. Acting on fantasy rather than reality. Emotional reactivity.
The invitation: Stay flexible. Stay aware. Use the Mars–Uranus energy to break free from what truly no longer serves you—but do it with intention, not impulse. Let Mars sextile Neptune inspire you, but keep your feet on the ground. Slow down, double‑check, and give yourself space to process before making big moves.
Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:
Breaking Free with Intention, Not Impulse
Aligned with Mars conjunct Uranus (breakthrough energy) and Mars sextile Neptune (inspired action).
Positive Expression: Breakthroughs, bold change, creative solutions, sudden insight, courage to shift direction, inspired action.
Shadow Expression: Impulsivity, rash decisions, miscommunication, over-idealizing, acting on fantasy rather than reality, emotional reactivity.
Actionable Step: Use the Pause & Pivot protocol. When you feel the urge to act quickly—send a message, make a change, speak impulsively—pause. Take three breaths. Write down the impulse. Then ask: “Is this aligned with my growth, or is it just urgent?” If aligned, take the step intentionally. If not, wait. Journal afterward: “I paused before I acted. What I chose was ________.” Breakthroughs are powerful—but they’re most effective when you’re the one steering them.
Sunday, July 5th: Mars (Gemini) trine Pluto Rx (Aqua.)
On Sunday, Mars in Gemini trines Pluto retrograde in Aquarius—an air trine that activates the mind, communication, and internal transformation. Because Pluto is retrograde, this trine works from the inside out. It’s subtle but powerful, stirring deep psychological insight, mental breakthroughs, and a shift in how we think, speak, or process information. This energy is still reverberating from yesterday’s Mars–Uranus conjunction, and because Mars and Uranus are so close, both are feeding this trine to Pluto. The air element makes this highly mental, intuitive, and perceptive.
Mars in Gemini is extremely active right now. It’s sextile Jupiter in Leo, still conjunct Uranus in Gemini, sextile Neptune in Aries, and square the Nodes of Fate. This creates a fast‑moving, mentally charged atmosphere—ideas firing, conversations shifting, choices emerging, and breakthroughs happening quickly.
Pluto retrograde in Aquarius is also heavily activated. It’s receiving an opposition from Jupiter in Leo, a trine from Uranus in Gemini, a sextile from Neptune in Aries, and a square from Chiron in Taurus. This is deep inner work—transforming beliefs, healing old wounds, dissolving outdated patterns, and confronting the parts of ourselves that have been hidden or suppressed.
Mars and Pluto together are intense. Mars symbolizes will, drive, action, and instinct. Pluto symbolizes power, transformation, regeneration, and the subconscious. When they connect harmoniously, like in a trine, we gain access to focused determination, psychological insight, and the ability to take action from a deeper, more empowered place. But because both Mercury (ruler of Mars in Gemini) and Pluto are retrograde, this energy is internalized. It’s mental excavation. It’s emotional processing. It’s insight rising from the depths.
This is a day where the mind is sharp, the intuition is heightened, and the inner world is active. You may understand something today that you couldn’t see before. You may feel a shift in perspective, a release of old mental patterns, or a deeper sense of personal truth emerging.
What it feels like: Intense but clarifying. Like something clicks internally. You may feel mentally sharp, emotionally aware, and deeply reflective. There’s a sense of inner power rising, even if nothing external is happening yet.
Positive expressions: Mental breakthroughs. Deep insight. Empowered communication. Transformative conversations. Healing old thought patterns. Inner strength. Strategic clarity. Emotional intelligence.
Shadow expressions: Overthinking. Mental pressure. Obsessive thoughts. Emotional intensity. Revisiting old wounds. Feeling mentally overloaded. Power struggles in communication.
The invitation: Go inward. Listen to your thoughts. Notice what is shifting beneath the surface. Use the Mars–Pluto trine to transform old mental patterns and reclaim your inner power. This is a moment of deep internal clarity—one that prepares you for the external changes that is still unfolding.
Healing opportunity & Actionable Step:
Claiming Your Inner Power
Aligned with Mars trine Pluto Rx — deep mental clarity, transformation, and reclaiming personal power.
Positive Expression: Mental breakthroughs, deep insight, empowered communication, transformative conversations, healing old thought patterns, inner strength.
Shadow Expression: Overthinking, mental pressure, obsessive thoughts, emotional intensity, power struggles in communication.
Actionable Step: Write a Power Declaration. Journal: “One mental pattern I’m ready to release is ________. One truth I’m ready to claim is ________. One way I will use my voice differently is ________.” Then speak one sentence aloud that feels like a reclaiming of your power. Example: “I am allowed to take up space with my voice.” “My worth is not up for debate.” “I trust my mind and my instincts.” This Mars-Pluto trine is about internal transformation—let it change how you see yourself.
Healing Mantra for the Week:
“I release what I’ve outgrown. I break free from what holds me back. I expand into who I’m becoming. My voice, my worth, and my light are not too much—they are exactly enough.”
Psychology Fact:
The Urge-to-Action Gap & The Value of Delay
Research on impulse control shows that the brain’s prefrontal cortex (responsible for deliberation) and limbic system (responsible for emotional urgency) compete for control during high-arousal moments. The urge-to-action gap—the brief window between impulse and action—is where choice lives. Studies demonstrate that even a 6-second pause before acting significantly improves decision quality, allowing the prefrontal cortex to catch up with the limbic system. The pause is not resistance—it’s re-regulation.
Relevance: Mars conjunct Uranus brings impulsive, electrified energy. The shadow is acting before thinking. The healing is to intentionally pause, creating space for choice over reactivity.
Practice: Use The 6-Second Pause. When an impulse arises—to speak, send, decide, or move—pause for 6 seconds. Silently label: “I notice the urge to ________.” Take one breath. Then ask: “Is this aligned with my growth, or is it just urgent?” If aligned, act. If not, wait. Journal afterward: “I paused before acting. What I chose was ________.” Each pause strengthens the prefrontal cortex’s influence over impulsive reactivity.
Shadow Journal Prompts: (for the whole week)
- What Am I Ready to Release? Mercury retrograde and the Capricorn Full Moon bring emotional clarity and a powerful opportunity for release.
What have you been carrying that isn’t yours to carry anymore—an old belief, a pattern, a responsibility, a fear? Not what you think you should release, but what you feel ready to set down. What would it feel like to let it go, not because you’ve fixed it, but because you’re too tired to carry it any longer? Write a release statement: “I release ________. I am making space for ________.” - The Choice That’s Asking to Be Made—Mars squares the Nodes at a karmic crossroads; Jupiter enters Leo, shifting growth toward creative self-expression.
Where are you being asked to choose—not between right and wrong, but between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming? What pattern is ready to break? What direction feels like it’s calling you, even if it’s unfamiliar? What would it take to make that choice today, even in a small way? - The Wound Beneath the Fear of Being Seen—Jupiter-Chiron brings up tender places around worth, visibility, and the right to shine.
Think of a time you dimmed your light—held back an idea, softened your voice, made yourself smaller. What were you afraid would happen if you took up more space? Where did you learn that being visible wasn’t safe? And now, with the wisdom you have today, what would you want that younger version of you to know? What would it feel like to try being visible again—just a little, just today? - The Breakthrough That’s Asking to Be Born—Mars-Uranus brings sudden shifts and breakthroughs; Mars-Neptune adds inspiration and imagination.
What feels stuck, stagnant, or ready to shift in your life—a mindset, a situation, a way of being? If you gave yourself permission to break free from what no longer fits, what would that freedom look like? Not the whole plan—just the first step. What would change if you allowed yourself to imagine it, even if you’re not ready to act yet? Inspiration is a form of movement too. - The Truth My Mind Has Been Hiding From Me—Mars trine Pluto Rx brings deep mental clarity and inner transformation.
If you stopped protecting yourself from a hard truth—about a situation, a pattern, a relationship, or yourself—what would you see? What have you been avoiding because it would require change? What would change if you let yourself see it clearly, not to act on it today, but just to stop hiding from it? Sometimes the most transformative moment is the one where you finally let yourself see what you’ve been pretending not to know.
